Knowing that Vira was mafia, makes it more like only one of 113 and jari is scum. It would probably be the one less likely to get lynched of the two. She town read/shielded Tsaiah.

I'm saying I'm one of the first people going after scott as well (scott is owner right), i never said much about owner I think but I felt scott was scum but "everyone" convinced me about him being noobtown so I dropped it. This would mean I bussed both vira and scott, with very bad busattempts and very early as well.

I'm just trying to clarify if you really think this is a play I would do after having played with me before. Not trying to ATE here, but rather, don't you think I could have made better busses than that? :/ But like I said, just to clarify if you think I'd make those bad busses that early.

@.113 I do agree that Newcomb's handling of the Scottslot feels slimy, but I'm not convinced of your other points.

Town!Newcomb is always at risk of being NKed. There's no real need to remind everyone Vaimes is town, but it's not a strange thing to do to remind thread of your lock townread either.

    Oh yeah @Fable

Shake off the misread blues and get your head back in the game.

This game would be boring if reads were perfect.

I'm so over this game, it's ridiculous. I do think I found scum. Your first inclination to everything I've said is "wolfy".

I'd rather die than deal with it further.

Because saying “woe is me I suck/no one listens to me/I hate this game” isn’t going to get you out of being scumread and it isn’t going to make people want to listen to you. It’s fluffy spam.

The problem here is that I know my alignment. And at the same time I know you are wrong. So I would appreciate it if you would stop talking about me like you are trying to get credit here when there's no credit to be gained by misreading a townie.

Being scumread makes you not want to play the game? Really?

I said I’d give it another look. I’m just hipfiring first impressions.

dya, I gotta say, it's kind of a minefield with you in this game. Half of your early posts bemoan the fact that no one's listening to you / no one's paying attention to you, but seemingly any direct interaction where someone suggest that you might be doing something questionable, and you just like... insta badfeels / "I quit". It makes it really, really hard to like... do anything with you. Because this is supposed to be a fun game where we treat each other with civility.

Tbh I've been kind of avoiding / putting off committing to a read on you, because I'm worried that if I really focus in on it and come away wolfreading you, that it's going to be such a shitty experience lynching you that it'll actually make me enjoy the game less.

And that's really not a position I ever wanted to be in, in a game.

So, if there's no credit to be gained, then why would I do it if I was a wolf? this post is just weird. Also, dyachei just made a big case on you and you think I'm scum for... This?

    Really?

I literally get scumread for everything. What's the point in trying? I get scum read for that, too.

It stopped being fun early for me and it doesn't help that every time I do increase effort I get pushed down again.

I'm sorry I've made you guys feel that way. But I really would rather just be lynched than tortured like this day in and out.

But that's just... You're never going to get full on agreement. I get that it's frustrating if you think town are being stupid, but going 'just lynch me' is not the answer. Truste me, I, uh, tried it once.

I mean, look at the list of things I'm being read for. Tell me if you wouldn't be frustrated, Newcomb.

I'm also town, I'm pretty sure I'm more scumread than you. Just stop focusing on the people that scumread you, if they're wrong, just let them be.

What did you think about my posts on newcomb? agree/disagree?

Dyachei brought up a lot of posts of mine that were NAI. You lost 2 of your wolf friends and people have been gunning for your lynch; I say it is desperation. It's easy to put the blame or scapegoat the person who hasn't been around.

I probably would be. I've been incredibly frustrated by this game myself. Both with the fact that I don't have a ton of time for it and it's a game that deserves an effort I'm not able to give it, and with the fact that I'm being read a lot worse than usual. Normally I thrive on being lock townread - you can see how I perked up and played a ton of ball with Reg yesterday. You think it's not frustrating for me to see people acting like yesterDay didn't happen and treating me with the same dubious shade?

I'd say, though - and this is really not meant as a slight - that my response to it has been dramatically different than yours.

Part of it is that a) I'm pretty convinced that the lion's share of this is coming from mafia, and b) there are people in this game I feel like I can work with and are reasonable, like Vaimes and fonti.

Could someone like Fable be that sounding board for you?

I don't want agreement. I want them to actually look at my posts.

Whatever. I'm done for today. Enjoy.

I've only been something near desperate as wolf once. My first game, got wolfread d1 because I assumed wolves had nightkills. I fake-claimed seer, killed the doctor and won. If you think I get desperate you are miserably wrong.
