I strongly feel like one or both of you is incapable of grasping the nuance of this, and I'm a little hot, so if this comes off as more forceful than necessary, my apologies in advance. I'm also pretty sure 113 is just a wolf who's unable to articulate an actual nuanced read on me, so he probably gets a pass, but you (Jarizok) asking me this, since you're town, really don't have a leg to stand on.

Regfan specifically asked me for advice on how to proceed the next day if I died in the night. Given the fact that with how D3 played out, one of the two of us was always dying in the night, it was a pretty reasonable question.

My response - which was specifically to him, and not the thread at large, was to advise him to not give Vira's spew quite the weight he ordinarily would, as I felt like Vira's play, especially after he dropped his case, was intentionally playing against her meta and would have traps/pitfalls to make people either look like her partner, or partners look unaligned. There would still be value in it, of course, but using Vira D2+ spew to turn around an entire read would be something I'd disagree with him doing.

How in the everloving fuck is that the same thing as "OMG NEwCOMB WANTS US TO NOT READ VIRA!!!!"?

Still think it's weird his wagon totally lost traction D1 and has never really regained traction since. I'm not sure what other people read in him to take him out of their PoE.

.113 looks Bad but not necessarily scummy-bad because I just played a very townie wolf-game from him. This game he doesn't look townie but he also doesn't look like he did when he was a witch. So he's in my PoE.

I think that Miner and Owner have both had fake reads and are scummy. I think your slot has very little reason to town read it. I think the same about Vaimes but seem to be universally outnumbered there.

That's a change from where you were yesterday trying to pin me as a Vira partner.

 

I read it and I need to reread it to fully process all of it, but your Jari points look extremely weak (and bad) in light of his mason claim. Pushing your detractor(s) as partners with your own scumbuddy to discredit their cases on you seems totally up your wheelhouse. Jari was at the end so I feel you may not have been expecting someone to be reading such a lengthy post that closely at the end of it.

 

Oh man, it's almost like I went through both Vira's and Tsaiah's iso today and concluded you probably with them. That's so weird.

I literally talked about how it was likely that at least one of the people she was fighting with was done to make it look like a bus. I also pointed out that the person who fit that most was Jari, for a variety of reasons including it being the last fight and post-reg case.

You'll notice that the section Jari and the other were wasn't called the "definitely scum, let's kill right now" section, it was the "weird" section, because the way Vira addressed Jari was decidedly outside the norm. Yet, in his actual section, there are two negative things, two positive things, and three neutral things noted about the interactions. This is because I wasn't fucking trying to burying Jari, but rather get a comprehensive view of what Vira was doing and use that to find her partners.

Also, by the fucking way, if you think I'd give a single shit about trying to kill Jari when he's pushing on me, you're crazy. He has approximately zero sway usually, and his cases tend to come from such a biased angle that they make readers want to side with the person he's attacking, as he did with Cuth earlier. I don't care about a single person who convinced on me as scum, because a. I know I'll never change Jari's mind, regardless of my alignment and b. trying to bury him just means that more people will want to listen to him in order to figure out /his/ alignment. It's better for my win condition as mafia to keep him alive and mostly apathetic.

This was actually one of the things I liked about Scott early. I think I'm assuming he would know enough to know that voting to wagon looks kind of bad and did it anyway? Could be that he didn't know that. Or he did, but knew it would look town, and that's why he did it. I could see Vira advising that? Shrug.
