First things first, wrt to copy-paste within this game.

Please stop. I don't care if it's funny, if it's supposed to be ironic, or if it's just because trolling seems in vogue at the time. It's not helpful. I've already had two instances where I thought what someone was saying was what they actually meant but it wound up being copy-paste.

I guess Suburb gets more of a pass on this, since he hasn't played here before, but the fact that Newcomb did it as well just kind of irks me because I think he should know better.

Now, with that out of the way, with regard to my actual response to Newcomb's copy-paste.

I've played with scum Newcomb once and town Newcomb a couple times. In the one scum!Newcomb game, I remember hard townreading him day one or something like that, partially because I sheeped another player's reads, but also because the way that he did his whole info-dump analysis opening posts were so indicative of town!Newcomb (or so I thought at the time) that I was like yep that's town. There was also the infamous Lump Newcomb Tinyhunt game in which, I think, Newcomb did the same thing, although I'm not sure because I haven't read that in a while.

I think that, if he were scum, he wouldn't change his modus operandi here? Like, this is going to be a lot of wine, but I think that scum!Newcomb recognizes that if he tried to change up his entrance posts and whatnot he'd draw attention to himself and be scumread for it? Whereas town!Newcomb would be more likely to enter the thread with some copy-paste meta analysis stuff and try to catch scum with it subsequently. That's the way I saw it at the time at least.

But more seriously, I think that I've kind of hit the refresh button on tom after that disastrous streak like half a year ago, but who knows. Maybe he'll flip scum again at some point and then I'll be resorting to hitting things again.

Stanari's townread on me is ??? and I don't trust it. I'm generally happy and frolicky no matter my alignment, especially in RVS.

I think I personally need more time on 113. Last time I thought he was scum based on incongruous reads. On d1, that's hard to look at.
