So some friends and I were talking about pokemon today, and I had an idea.

When gen 1 first came out, Scyther and Pinsir were paired together, Magmar and Electrobuzz were paired together, and the magnemite and voltorb families were paired together. Magmar and Electrobuzz are still pretty much talked about in the same breath, but it was different for the others.

Scyther got an evolution way back in gen 2, but Pinsir didn't. At the time, that bothered me, but they eventually gave Pinsir a mega form, which kind of evens it out. But Magneton can now evolve into Magnezone, so we need to even it out with a mega for Electrode. This is what that should look like:

 

Instead of looking like a cartoon bomb, it looks like Team ISIS' version of Golbat.

 

Just make it look like a nuke instead.

Japan should now what those look like by now, right?
