I agree even though I was beta'ing for flame , flame still did it as he/she wanted, plus I joined in after the first 3-4 chapters of it so..., as you can guess there really was anyway to fix the damage flame had done except to do a full rewrite of those chapters and flame wanted me I think on Indepence of a Hero more, but like I said I haven't been contacted or anything by flame since a week after becoming his/her beta, so hey.

Ah, I'm glad someone brought that up. The whole purpose of the dream world was to instill emotion into Harry. His talk with his parents unwound him and cracked the ice around him. As proof of this, a few chapters after, I kept putting things like: 'Harry remembered what his mother had told him' and stuff like that. As I said much earlier in this thread and at the start of one of my chapters, the dream world was really important to help Harry live again and love again. Also, it gets boring to write after a while :wink:

when you said harry would date five girls, i thought this would be a harry/harem fic. however, while this way better you can't make every girl betray him or he betrays them. it will tear apart harry and make him gloomy and such.

anyways, remus is not the same remus. i think that harry should AT LEAST threaten remus about him being werewolf. he must slap georginia and have his way with lily or beatrice.

 

He won't be betrayed by every girl at all. I said he'd have sex with 5 girls not go out with 5 girls lol.

As for those of you calling for Remus's death, just sit tight and wait for things.

Just had a chance to read chapters 12 and 13.


BRILLIANT!! These were fantastic.

I think Harry should have bitched out Remus more. I also didn't like Harry stumbling in Arithmancy. I mean he's got ALL of Dumbledore's knowledge, and while he may not be as experienced, he should be able to rock that student-level arithmancy. I was also wondering if Harry will go back to the Chamber? I would have gone their right off the bat when 1st years were kidnapped. You know, stop time and think for a while. Come up with a plan. Anyway, that's just me.
