Its clearly the story written by Santi. That KingVeget person is just lying about having permission to repost it (including the chapters he only posted on WbA).
Ofc I could be wrong on this, but I doubt it.

I should say, we generally frown on people downloading chapters from WbA. It's there for a reason, the author doesn't want to publish it yet, and we should respect their wishes. I get that this can be frustrating, but the purpose of WbA is for confidential feedback, not a special club who get to read chapters others don't.

Doubly so when it's a plagiarist who's just stolen content without attribution/credit.
