Because it's complete and one of my favorites, I go back and reread it every few months. Sasuke comes back on probation. Naruto is increasingly alienated because of problems with the seal. Sakura is drawn along with them. Kakashi watches and is unable to do anything. It's about friendship.

 

I am sad that I am the only person that likes this story. =*(

I couldn't even finish the first chapter. I really despise canon Sasuke and just can't stand when this character remains unchanged in fandom.

Maybe you could describe the way authour portrays him in this fic?

 

Broody, paranoid, and still wanting to kill his brother. Developing a sense of regret. Not arrogant as usual.

I don't think any of the characters are bashed, so they're not really distorted.

 

I only got down a few paragraphs. It just screams 'far too much angst you can handle'. I'm waiting for replies here to tell me if it is good or not.
