The person reviving what, the thread? If so, then no. They just gave a review... in a new post that bumped the thread. When you said 'new post' did you mean an update to the story instead of a post? If so, then no one indicated the story would update.

For a story this old, spoilers should be fine. No one gets to bitch that someone spoiled a story this old for them.

Don't spoil anything new, of course.

If you want to talk about spoilers without spoiling anyone, just to be safe, you can use spoiler tags.
