Technically, it's somewhat more likely to successfully random-lynch than with the Death Eater Mafia games, since they had a 3/16 and 5/25 ratio of Death Eaters, whereas here we have 3/13 Witches. Of course, every innocent killed by accident does have some sort of role, no matter how minor, so bad lynches have greater effects.

That said, I wonder if the Priest is the same as the Auror/Cop, in that they only get "guilty" and "not guilty" results. If an actual role is revealed, then the Demon, and by extension the other Witches, are majorly benefited by any investigation. I presume the former case is true, but if it's the latter...

Well, I'll post after I get back from classes tomorrow, but I have to do a quick assignment for tomorrow, and wake up in around 6 hours from now.

    All checks return good/evil

Edit; and witches always check evil in this game

Huh.... Yeah we need to approach this very delicately, but this game has the same problem all other games have at this stage...... There is no one to vote.

We're all semi-competent, and have played in games before. No one is going to mess up so badly that we'll have a solid lynch on day one. And any town lynch is a bad lynch....

Well this sucks... Lets wait for everyone to post first. (Unless they already have)

I'm not completely sure if waiting is a super good idea, but currently we have NO info. So I'm willing to give it at least 1 or 2 days before we lynch. D8

Everything of note has been said already. :X

I remember DE II. There's reason why we always lynch Aekiel in #werewolf. xD

Quick technical question. Are we going to ban people from using thumbs up and editing in this thread? I recall in DEII that these were abused, hence Merrill got them banned.

As for who to lynch, I'm very tempted to go with Aekiel. Lutris and Zeit are also up there, since they both coveted lump the panda. I'm nervous that one of those two could be a witch. That said, Aekiel would be a safe first round vote.. and we'll see what happens with Lutris and Zeit later on.

    Vote Player: Aekiel

There is a 'ban' on editing, but I'm not going to enforce it unless you're doing something obviously abusive (but I'd prefer if you didn't edit at all). Likewise for Thumbs-up. I'm not terribly bothered by thumbs-up if you're alive, but if you're dead please don't.

Mod Note: Day ends in about 11 hours from now. Judge needs to post in their QT what they want to do in the event of no-lynch, and everybody needs to decide what they want to do regarding lynching.

    -

Lynch Tally (8 votes needed for majority - 13 player votes + 1 lump vote)

    Rehio (1) - jwlk

So yeah, to explain my reasoning for voting Vira; she was the first to jump on the bandwagon for someone else to get Lump. That says to me that she doesn't want to directly draw attention to herself, but at the same time wants to get into the good graces of Lutris. That's why I voted for her (it's as good a reason as any, and has a little better reasoning behind it than just voting for the first person).

You're making things too complicated, Aekiel. My motivation was cuteness. If I didn't want to vote for myself, I wouldn't have voted so soon.

    Vote Player: Aekiel

Because if he lives pass day one of mafia, then either the scum is retarded or he's scum himself.

Though I am sorely tempted to kill Aekiel, I will refrain. It can't hurt us, really, to wait a day to lynch. Though the Judge may use his/her almighty power and smite him. We'll see.

As the day comes to a close, the townspeople eagerly await the tallying of the votes. After a time, it is revealed that no Majority was reached. Disappointed, the townspeople begin to disperse when suddenly an anvil drops from the sky and crushes Aekiel.

Satisfied with the bloodshed, the townspeople return to their homes.

    Aekiel has been JudgeLynched

    Day 1 is over.

    It is now night!

Tell me your night actions on your QT and don't post in this thread until Day 2 - Electric Boogaloo.

Edit: Let me know if you're OK with having night end early if everybody gets their night actions in.

edit2: Another Rule Clarification - If the Angels successfully protect against a NK, it is said in the death logs that the player was targeted, but survived.

ie: Witches target Billy for NK, Angels protect billy. The public death logs would be:
Billy was targeted in the Night but he survived anyway!

I'll allow this night post, since it is commending my funnyness.

However, in future do refrain from posting in Night Phases, even if it is to tell me how awesome I am.

    Night is over!

The Dancer danced all night without rest. "Dancers gonna dance", the Dancer yelled.

"Hey guy", one villager said to another. "I heard those other mafia-games have way better storytelling than this one".

"I know right", the other villager replied.

    Ashaya has died!

    It is now Day 2.

edit: Day 2 will end when a majority lynch is reached or after 48 hours has passed, whichever is sooner.

The other ones may have better storytelling.

But this is the funniest game I've ever seen.

    Okay... so Ashaya's ded.

This either means that the person who kill doesn't realize that we'd lynch Ashaya quickfast anyway (meaning they don't play werewolf with us), or that they're damnnnn tricksy.

My metagaming is at a different level. Bitches like metagaming on different levels.
