If the town votes to lynch me, I will reveal my role before the vote is finished, thus helping the witches soup people.

This may seem rather anti-town, but it's only anti-town if you make me do it. Mutually assured destruction works to ensure peace if no one is crazy enough to set off the first bomb.

This is done on the basis that, from my perspective I'm a confirmed town player. It would be anti-town for me to let you lynch me, which seems almost certain at this point unless I do something desperate to prevent it.

However, I think it's a possible scenario still. Scum only need a single player left alive to win.

I would not put it past witch!Citrus at this stage to fake claim priest along with witch!Sesc, kill witch!Sesc with the NK then talk his way into town complete trust.

I mean, you did just say that you're willing to lose the game if he's a witch, so the complete town trust thing is at least there.

Again, not likely. But possible, because y'all are treating Citrus so much like ultimate town that he could probably outright say he's a witch and you still wouldn't lynch him.

As far as I can tell, lynch on me is all but certain, so there's no loss in going for a "classic witch manoeuvre". If it works, score one for the town in avoiding a definite mislynch. If it doesn't then it's simply the same result as what was happening anyway.

You know, POE indicates Taure is scum if Rilaxis isn't (or if he is and there are 2 scum left), but I do understand where he's coming from. I'm tilting enough in this game that I did consider a 3 witch team night killing one another.

In that world, Jan was the priest, Kalas was the acolyte, the team was Sesc/fonti/Citrus, and we were oh so fucked from the beginning. I almost pushed it because I have 0 positive feelings about fonti, despite the fact that she's confirmed, and Sesc felt scummy to me right up until he wasn't. Even the argument of "why would they kill one of their own" didn't really sway me, because with a mech townfirmed fonti, the game is all but over. And the more I write the more that tinfoil hat world makes sense to me, with or without Citrus being on the team. BUT, ultimately, how insanely unlikely is it that they managed to hit priest and acolyte by D2?

But yeah. If Taure is town, I could totally see him just being on tilt. Because, well, read my preceding paragraph. There are no lynches that feel good to me after Rilaxis. Taure is just the most probable one.

 

Typhon, that doesn't work either. Because in any world where Rilaxis is town, Kalas is a witch.

That's what I'm saying about the more I thought about it, the more it didn't work with Citrus. My final answer on that would be fonti/Sesc/Rilaxis. But... that's ggwp fonti, so nah. I'm still down to follow the plan. Just acknowledging that any overt confidence is probably a little false at this point.
