miner11121 I undersstand that Typhon's case on you would feel like self defense rather than a genuine case from your POV, but that doesn't mean he hasn't made a real case. His massive post on why you are scum had plenty of original thinking and reasonable deductions.

I'm still on the fence as to whether I'm buying it or not, but I don't think it's fair to say that he's only been sheeping.

I have a town circle, I have an evolving scum team with some connected reads, I've made a massive post to show my work regarding one of the players on that scum team... I just don't get how you can even say that.

I'm not saying he hasn't had any independent thinking. I'm saying that he builds cases off of others. He sees what other people say, and then furthers that along. That is scum behavior, because as scum you don't want to make waves and be super overzealous while pushing random townies. At least IMO.

I'm not a hige fan of that case, Von. Like I agree with it a fair bit on a gut level, and on the reads/reactions she's giving but most of the specific points dont jive. Like the Kalas thing in particular feels like the sort of thing Math would say without a lot of time, and the fonti stuff had the aame underlying unbridled confidence to it I expect from Math.

I want to see more from them, tbh. I can't parse their behaviour right now, so i want to see how it develops.

 

Okay, real conciliatory talk time: I might be getting dragged right now in QTs and in Obs right now for exactly what you just said, but I don't think so. That's what you do as town - you find town buddies, and you help each other build cases on the scum team. Then, once you find them and have your cases built, you lynch them and win. Like, it's not a point against me that my townreads (who, by the by, are all also townreading me I think) have the same reads as me.

You don't have to be an island if you're town. So consider this a peace offering - show me you're just a bit misguided but town and I'll relent. Otherwise, you're doing scummy shit and I'm going to lynch you for it if you don't NK me first.

This is so weak. I mean, you could make the same argument for how I only started looking hard at you after fonti talked about it. Town works together.

 

This is window dressing. Town absolutely has done this, does this and will continue to do this. Its not a strong argument but that's beside the point.

Honestly in terms of overall thread presence Typhon has given me more of an impression of solving then you have.

This is reasonable its mid D1. Using other players as a filter is normal activity and he has posted reads.

 

I don't think Math has explained /any/ of their reads, actually. Aside from her quick scumreads on me/Ty/miner. And the weird townread-but-not on Q.
