Why would we want Judge to claim exactly?

I can see Leeroy and DOB, their actions go through when they're dead anyways so might as well claim and I guess holy people are precious enough that they should claim over dying silently, but why Judge?

I am not caught up, just looking at the vote counts.

 

The theory is that if you are Judge, we can use you to get an extra lynch off, since you'll eventually die to sup anyway, especially since if you fakeclaimed Judge, the real one kills you anyway.
