I mean, Kalas is good as someone who has more than a few connections, is a necessary scum mislynch, and is capable of being a good town player. Either he'll be caught tomorrow or he'll be closed off to them and a thorn in their side.

Giving it to miner is lighting it on fire, I don't want math to have it, and... [insert your next choice here]? Like, clearly nobody else is wanting to lump Reg, so Kalas is my guy. Do you have another option?

Lumping Kai would probably be more for my own peace of mind than for overall health of the game, but I could go for lumping Reg? Waco maybe?

I just want to be sold on someone.

Oh yeah, turns out I'm not against lumping Reg.

Did i say I like you, Regfan? I meant I love you.

This is part of what concerned me is how quickly votes on Math piled up compared to pages of people being reluctant on Miner despite (imo) a far stronger case. I think part of that is how dann easy it (always) is to make a case on Math, and I'm a bit concerned with some of these votes being lazy town/scum, irrespective of what Math is.

(This isn't you Von, you put the work in. Please dobt be bitter.)

Ehh. I'm not lumping Kai. I think fonti said this already, but I'm not validating him not posting even more than we already do. I /think/ he's town, maybe, but yeah.

Waco is fine with me as well because the Kalas stuff applies to him too, but I have no huge preference and I think fonti/Snow/maybe Reg do. Compromise, you know?

Reg absolutely shouldn't be lumped unless other people are worried about him. I'll wait to see what fonti says, but from Snow's reaction I doubt that's happening. He's just exactly the sort of player I always want to townread (ie a blindspot), so I'm nervous, but, like, it is terrible for us mechanically if he is town and we lump him for the same reason as it would be if we lumped fonti.

Maybe the better thing to do is to ask why you don't want to lump Kalas, Jari.

Like I said, I'm not against it, it just doesn't feel as good as, say, lynching Miner tonight or Cobalt last game. I have/had faith in those lynches whereas this lump doesn't do much for me. It's just, fine, you know? "Just fine" isn't great.

In tbe end, he loved Big Bregfan.

Re lumping scum I disagree Regfan. Priest doesn't have to come forward unless town, And acolyte/etc. interactions mean it should be trivial to mask.

The point is to get scum, and there are only three. If this was a 20p game I'd mostly agree, but I'd trade a vote for scum any day. (And it should also gelp with oracle/etc. Interactions.

Wait wait wait. The priest only comes forward with a scum read. We assume town if he doesn't come forward.

Jarizok I mean, I feel you, but I'm not sure what you want. Like, the entire point of giving lump and checking them is to give it to someone who is somewhere between a scum read and a null read to clear up a question mark on them.

So like, by definition you shouldn't have strong feelings. If you do, then you strongly believe they are scum (miner), or they're in your towncircle. Like, I don't care for Kalas over Waco because they fall in the same range of probable scum with connections to other players as well as being players that will be an asset as confirmed town (if they are town) with an extra vote. The other probable scum options for me are Math and fluff, but for the extra reasons I listed I don't want either of them to get lump.

Yeah, I guess I'll just settle for Koalas. I'm not even sure what I want here myself. Making a bigger deal out of this then is really necessary.

    Lump: Koalas

How are you caught up enough to do a vote count but not caught up enough to respond? Very interested in your socks.

And only if you have a claim worthy role. Just clarifying in case you're here now and haven't seen Snow's earlier post.

Font was lumpvoting Miner before, saw in votecount that he was gonna get lynched > useless lump > change votes. You don't have to be caught up for that logic to work.

We're less then a 100 posts off of AYAW 4. Its D1. My head hurts.
Typhon combination of post 2 and 151 honestly. I'm sure its been mentioned elsewhere but the lump section read weirdly. Also 200 and 212. The push against other lump campaigns without tooting his own horn.

I mean they're kind of intrinsically tied here? fonti's flat out said her read isn't about me. Based on other posts she's made there's nothing I've done it's all based on the imagined connections she sees. So she's either moving off a very flawed understanding of the gamestate, reasoning backwards from her conclusion or just plain lying.

I'll be stuck with phone posting for the next couple hours and I'll do what I can but I will be back home for the last couple hours before deadline. Reg, I'll give more context to my reads when I get back. There is a method to the madness.
