No it isn't. It is very boring. Go watch paint dry. That would be more interesting.

Tooting my own horn seemed too much like fluff. Much easier to have someone else toot it for me :D

So... I don't really know what to do. I kinda doubt I die at this point and I think all of my thoughts are reasonably well known, but I guess I can write up a last will and testament over the next few hours.

Most of us have just about made up our minds on the subject of D1 votes after 1000 posts I guess. It's a matter of listening to Miner one last time, maybe discuss his claim for a bit, and then probably lynching him.

Like Jans #933 his point about not wanting to lump people that are likely to be pushing in the strong town reads is a good one and like his post directed to Math where he expands on that in #936.

I like Jaris stance on the lumping in #960 and him unlumping and spending time considering it in #962 is very town.

This is exactly where I'm at with it; I think the fact that the lynch before I replaced in was overwhelmingly on Math over Miner while the case was stronger on Miner suggests that there's scum/lazy votes placed on Math there; it's not impossible for Math to be scum but the entire thing makes more sense with scum finding Math an easier push to go for while trying to buy Miner a day via lump votes.

The plan is green check = priest shuts up, red check = priest claims; so if we were to lump miner and the priest gets a red check like I imagine they would then they'd have to claim for us to lynch a scum read that was near universally agreed on anyway.

This isn't exactly true, she state a singular line that explains her entire scum team guess but she had a scum read on you beforehand and it wasn't based on anyone else being scum merely her just scum reading your play. So I'll ask it again, other than her specific read on you what do you make of the rest of her play?

This makes me sad. I just want to play two straight day phases for once.

Welcome to where I'm at re; Mathblade. The interaction I had with them last night before going to bed didn't help anywhere near as much as I was hoping it would in solving their alignment either. I do think they genuinely believe in their reasoning behind the "Wagons are 100% town in this situation" as a reason to not be scum reading Miner but that's about all I got from it.

Bah humbug, quit making good points and making me reevaluate (this directed at Q and Reg).

I won't say who until Snow does since Q asked him, but I assume you're both thinking there were 2 scum on Math? I can see that, I guess. Have you looked to see if they lumped miner and voted math yet, or should I?

Everything is mutable til EoD far as I understand. That is what hard and soft lynch are for. Soft is if day ends person will be lynched. Hard is end this day now mother fuckers and is pretty much last resort worthy.

I assume this is you stating that you're fully caught up in the thread? If so struggling to see how you don't have me as town here yourself. If you're around I'd like as elaborated a read as you're willing to give on Waco & Jan, I'll also welcome you to elaborate on your Math scum read for me.

I know this is you trolling but Fonti isn't actually wrong in that specific usages of the word interesting is a very solid scum-tell; I've been using it for years with a decent amount of success.

We can discuss reads on non-miner players in the meantime. No point just twiddling our thumbs until deadline. Where's your head at re; Math at the moment? Do you still think they're scum and if so has your confidence increased/deceased if so why?

    MathBlade (7): TheWacoKid (#53), hisfluffiness (#373), Snowvon (#555), Jarizok (#658), Typhon (#830), Jan (#849), KaiDASH (#857)

My guess is also two scum voting for Math if they're town. If only because I'm not totally solid on Waco/fluff/Kai.

I think there was very plausibly two scum on Math, I've made it pretty clear that I think Waco/Fluff have a decent chance of being scum, could also see it being one o Kai/Jan as well; as for their lump votes Kai/Waco have kept their votes there on themselves throughout the day phase -- Kai I could maybe understand doing that but Waco not moving to a good compromise one is another reason he's probably scum here. Jan had his vote on Koalas already which is a good placement of it though he didn't remember this himself and Fluff was on Miner.

Yeah, okay, so if there's two on Math it was very probably fluff and Waco. Which, yeah. I still read Math as scum independently, but given that she was run up so easily I can see your arguments.

So we kill miner, check Kalas, keep an eye on Math but relent to some extent, and the next two most likely scum are fluff and Waco. Fair chance that the whole team is in that 5, imo. I kinda doubt Kai runs Math to L-1 if he's scum (paper thin, yes, but such is Kai), and I have a slight townread on Jan too (thin, but less thin than the one on Kai at least).
