I never stated you pushed harder on Miner than Mathblade, I said your reasoning behind Miner being scum was stronger than your Mathblade one and yet you remained with Math as your #1 throughout the day -- it's entirely plausible that Math is scum here but it's also plausible that you're mafia and were distancing with Miner while remaining pushing a mslynch. I'll take a look at the TinyHunt later.

I feel like I know what you're doing here, but it's like my brain shuts down whenever I process 70% of it and the leftover 30% is just confused static.

Jan - Excatly if I'm scum the play I had to have been making was to buss and go for the endgame, the fact there was a soup attempt last night should make it incredibly obvious that I'm town here; there's no way I don't shoot for the priest since that's the biggest obstacle in endgaming as scum with that play. Souping is pointless doing it with only 1 soup attempt meaning scum were willing to keep going until they died which suggests scum in a really bad position.

Like Jan if you're considering a world where both Waco/Math being town what scum team soups there?
Give me a singular one that makes sense to do so there.

    might be true.

can you explain what miner did to me?

The game won't end today .. I am trying to make people think about possibilites and talk to me about it.

And if you are on a team with someone that is likely to die today, you might soup if you feel good about your reads. The priest getting a greencheck today is not your biggest problem .. you need to kill them next night, when you don't know who the check will be.

Jan - I think initially Miner was just trying to get information for his scum team via fake claiming two different roles (Priest/Gambler) in hopes there'd be a CC or they could get a read on peoples reactions. His posts after that are probably just due to him being a new scum player and not realising that shutting up there is optimal. I don't play risky as scum at all, I'm a player that likes to think they're very logic based; sure the priests N1 green check isn't the most dangerous thing in the world (But given the amount of ObvTown it's certainly something that's an issue for scum) but aiming for the priest N1 means you get 2 chances at hitting them before a D2 report comes out (N1/N2) whereas souping for a DOB means you'll only get the one.

    Unsure.

    What if Mathblade is scum?
And all other people in your poe are town?

The fact fonti is not townreading me at this point in the game makes me paranoid.
But i am unsure if she is just being a bitch on purpose or dense.
She is the person in here that should know me best and I am highly annoyed by it, but I am trying to not let it affect my read on her. (outside chance of her knowing that she can't clear me if she wants to win the game).

But I still think she is likely town. I have trouble seeing a lot of scum motivations in her game.

She also is the only person the is not townread you for no good reason which i like.
Other people admit to "hey those posts look good, he has to be town" reads .. on you and jari .. i don't know you guys and i am less sure on it.

I'm never ever lynching in Von/Typhon/Q/Koalas. Like never. I'd bet my house on them being town here, Maths alignment won't ever change that. I don't entirely remember what Jari-Maths interactions looked like but initial impression was that Jari was pushing Math and lumping Miner? So probably not a scum team but I'd certainly take a look at it if Math flips scum.

As for Fonti there's several reads of hers today and actions of hers yesterday that I can see scum motivation inside of. Her town read on Waco is a huge red flag as is the manner she handled her Miner scum read yesterday, I could also see her suggesting souping N1 in a Waco/Fonti world and think out of all players in the room she's more likely to target you for the soup given you two know each other very well.

If the believe me to be the dob, and are certain i would be targeting a town at the time, then they would basically get 2 towns just with that.
1 of them might be priest.
add a possible 2nd and 3rd soup to it which are not that unlikely once you get going.
And that person would be a questionmark until the end of the game.

I am not saying you are always scum. I don't know you and I won't trust your word for it. I just won't .
You are less likely to become confirmed town to me, because I respect your possible play more than other people. And I will sanity check my paranoia and try to get people to commit to reads.
It helps me get a read on you and them.

Sadly so far you are the only one reacting for them most part.

Elaborate. Scum only have 1 soup remaining, as long as we have 6-7 players that are unclaimed scum won't win via soup.

Math claiming means we work out Maths alignment 100%. If Maths scum we're just trading 1 townie for 1 scum we go to 9-1 and confidently know we're at 9-1 too. We never lose from 9-1. If Maths town we clear someone that's likely to be mslynched today or at some point and her being town tells us a lot about how D1 played out and how D2 is playing out

    Here a little secret.
Fonti is really bad at rolereading other people unless they soft/claim.
She might say she is .. but she just is not. And if she wanted to kill me she just would.
She also knows that I am likely to claim several roles in this setup. At least I think she does.

What if Waco is town? Sure you dislike that she is that certain, but is that good or bad for her?

You're assuming that there won't other claims this game. This is a stupid assumption and will lead to a scum victory.

It is bad because if Mathblade is town and we lynch her, then scum won't know her role.
That makes souping for them ahrder.

Scum only get to know the role of the people they nightkill. and only that if the right scum is alive at the time.

Every town that stays unclaimed when they get lynched makes it harder for scum.

Them claiming is an option, but I don't like it. We are in a very good spot and we don't need to do stupid risky plays.

Jan - I just saw her shoot Q as cop N1 in the prior game, he didn't intentionally soft but it was something that wasn't impossible to discern from his play; it was a risky play in that if Q wasn't the cop she's just someone that was one of the easiest mslynches in the game at the time. Her taking a risk like that is something I think is very plausible here. I think her town read on Waco is concerning regardless of Wacos alignment because I don't think she can genuinely believe the reasoning she's presenting; that said it makes more sense as a partner than her defending a town player and limiting her pool more.

Scum only have one soup left, one. If we have 6-7 unclaimed players we never lose to soup.

Having Math claim isn't risky, it's actually the smart choice here.

Stop thinking of this a standard Witch/Tiny hunt game where scum have multiple soups and we need to be worried about claims ever occurring and realise the current gamestate, there' zero dead townies, claims clear/confirm players alignment. We should be abusing this.

---------- Post automerged at 08:06 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:04 PM ----------

Koalas/Typhon/Von/Q & probably Jan/Jari will never have to claim this game, that's more than enough people that won't ever claim to not worry too much. The only reason one of them were ever to claim is with a guilty or if they're CC"ing and trading a singular one of them removed from the pool to lynch scum to potentially take it to 9-1 or outright win it in a future day is never a stupid move.
