    Lump tom

@Citrus yeah basically no correlation in my experience. Maybe it's because tom is consistently the strongest scum player on MTGS (and has been on a streak of being scum in a huge % of his games) and the site meta warped to imitate him. But scum love to bluster and draw attention there. I agree it works for some individuals but as a blanket call I'd actually say scum are more likely to project bravado on MTGS.

Fun fact i think im much better as scum in turbos and [mtgs phaselengths] than the middleground/"normal" length games like here, and have really been thinking about how to fix [what i believe to be the reason why]

Or you just scummed so much that you rubbed off on teammates. Do you agree with that assessment of the meta and on bravado being AI?

Think bravado is not AI in a vacuum but certainly is for some players.

I will say that iirc citrus has barely played on mtgs since my first handful of games so if ive really warped the meta he might not have seen it.

I didn't know Citrus had played there. Don't think that changes anything.

I should stop living in the top of the thread and go read Reg and Gemma's words to each other but that sounds like effort.

Maybe I'll take another look at Jarizok instead.

Oh i definitely wouldn't read into bravado for jari in particular.
That might have been more relevant.
But no idea if citrus should know that.

    CitricBase?

Save yourself the trouble and just vote for Jarizok. :V

I think Citrus asked why Jari's a witch.

It's because he's posting to exist.

Yes and no. I don't have any grand thoughts about him or anything. I don't love his Jari vote, not because of any read I have on Jari just because I haven't really seen him do anything to get a read on Jari, or anyone really. He's seemed kind of pocket-y at a few points, but I could just be reacting to him cranking up the charm. I'm pretty aware that there's something about his tone that just always seems fake to me so I'm trying to be conscious of that. The only thing I really disliked a lot was his post about how someone made a good read on fonti. I don't think it was a good read at all and I don't understand how anyone who knows fonti's game could think it was.

I was tossing up in my head whether or not the whole Lump thing with the newbies was TMI leak in some shape or form but enough people have brought it up now that I don't think it is. I'm trying to wrap my head around his Amber/Amy townreads but I just can't seem to parse the logic he's using, like I understand it on an intellectual level I think but I don't get how it's something he arrived at organically. It just feels fake somehow. Maybe because it feels so level 1 or something? I don't know.

Yeah I misspoke I think. By second lynch I meant more just eliminating someone who is a potential lynch down the line.

Must have been before my time. Or my memory is worse than I realized.

And I'll probably come back there but amber felt juicier for now. They can both be scum.

How do you feel about tom?
