*Cobalt is not 100% confirmed, because he has a mash that he is hosting on mu in early february and I want to make sure that he can commit to this game and we don't have a case of "Waiting for Cobalt" as we had before.

If we get two 12 people until the end of this week (~friday) then I would be fine playing instead of modding if we have someone else to take over the modship.
If we don't get enough people until the end of this week, then I might put up minimafia sign-ups. (Which I might play instead of mod, not sure).
