Tom Riddle says that Harry looks like him. Harry admits he looks like him. Dumbledore says he looks like him.

Everyone else says he looks like James.

So who does he look like, Tom Riddle or James Potter?

Well, not many people know what Tom Riddle looks like anyways, so it's hard to judge.

But, seeing the movie renderation of James, Harry looks more like Riddle.

But, I guess you could say Harry would have looked like James and Lily, if it were not for Voldie's attack.

I'm all for the theory that some physical appearance changes were among the 'gifts" for Harry that night.

So, you can say Harry looks like a mix James and Riddle, just with Lily's eye.

Oh god...I hope some Mpreg fan doesn't see this.

 

an idea just sprung into my mind! Maybe someone can write a ff with harry being born brown eyed, and the AK turning his eyes green, cuz eyes are the mirror to the soul.

 

yes...but then did Lily surivive it too...they have the same shade/color.

 

Lets say no, and that the killing curse has been survived before and if survived all magical people from then on in the family have the eyes, kind of a gift to the bloodline rather than just the person

 

Where does it say Harry looks like Riddle? I can't remember any part of the story like that. I remember that they (Harry and Tommie) are alike situations growing up but not that they look like each other...

 

CoS, in the chamber scene. Tom says, "...we even look alike."

 

I think that Harry looks more like Tom. Not that many people have seen Tom that much. Mostly anyone who hasn't seen Tom, wouldn't know. But Hagrid, being as dumb as he is, would see James rather than the person who got him sent to Azkaban

Making Harry look nearly identical to James just irks me for some reason.

Harry looks like Tom. They have very similar noses. Especially post GoF

 

I'd say Tom Riddle just because I recall something about Dumbledore saying how Tom Riddle was handsome and intelligent and charmed the pants off all the Slytherins and that's where I want Harry to be. With Slytherins with no pants, that's where. Err, female Slytherins, that is. Hot ones. Don't you forget it.

Actually, now I've just been plot bunny'd myself, thanks a lot. I've seen Snape is Harry's dad, Sirius is Harry's dad, Voldie makes Harry his heir by law or Voldie kidnaps Harry and tells him he's Harry's dad, but... I was thinking, what if Voldie did some sorta ritual to somehow make Harry his son that night at Godric's Hollow? Maybe one that was used by old men who were the last of their line, so it required life sacrifice. Voldie knew he'd be fine as he had horcruxes and thought his DEs would pick him right up and revive him. Bah, too convenient for my tastes. I think it might have been done anyway, somewhere. Probably.

 

All I know is that if this turns into Tom saying "Harry, I am your father" I am going to shoot someone, and so will George Lucas.

 

For me harry looks like Tom with a messy mop and green eyes.

 

perfect picture looks like Tom Riddle and James at the same time and even a hint of Voldemort in my opinion
