I read a story recently (fairly certain it was on here, but there's a chance it was on TFF or FFN) of a Harry basically in the role of Itachi. He was older brother of the BWL (they also had a younger sister), and found out around age 8 he had a terminal disease. From that point he basically conspired with Dumbledore to get in with the Death Eaters and work from the inside.

The story starts with him on trial, and he's sent to Azkaban for Crucioing his sister and raping Sue Bones among other things, but he breaks out to see the Potter family and in particular his brother one last time before he dies, and does Itachi's forehead-poke move. The family then learns the truth about what he's done from viewing memories left with Dumbledore's portrait.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? If so, kindly provide a link. I've gone all through the library and Works by Authors on here, and the three Harry Potter sections on TFF, and I just can't find it.
