    Is there a story, where someone takes an Unbreakable Vow with someone s/he wants to kill and breaks it as a tactic to ensure the target's death at the cost of his/her own (something like Shiki Fuujin from Naruto)?

    I've not seen one. Also, I don't believe Unbreakable Vows can be used in that manner.

    Unless the person you're trying to do it to is really stupid, in which case there are better ways to go about it.
