    Genre: Action/Adventure

Summary: Harry’s trial at the Ministry before his Fifth-Year ended differently than it did Cannon wise. He was exiled from England and is forbidden to return, now, fifteen years later, he’s doing just that… with a contingent of hired wands to boot.

Made it till the middle of the second chapter before closing the tab. Cliched, uninspired, amateurish, naive. Not terribly bad, but not Library-worthy too.

    2/5

Couldn't get through first chapter. Not only naive but misses some basic facts. Should Harry testify under veritaserum, he couldn't be found guilty. And author doesn't seem to know that it's "Davis", not "Dravis". Besides, if they exiled him, why should he come back? I mean, he should leave them to deal with Riddle.
edit: 2/5. I could've been worse. It's not, as far as I know, slash, after all.

WTF? In need of a chair, not in the needing of a chair.

Jesus, this is ridiculously bad. The best way I can describe it is that the author has a morbid fear of attracting readers.

    1/5, without reservation.

What's with all the shit-fics being posted here recently? Every time I see that something new has been posted in the 'for review' section, I get all excited, thinking that it could be something good, only to have my hopes continually crushed by a deluge of soggy, steaming shit.

Why the fuck can't we seem to find any new fics that aren't prone to make me vomit?

...Well, it is definetly not the best. 3/5 because he wasn't just a whiny little pansy. But then I knock it down to a 3/10 because I like to hate Dumbles and Harry was 'all-that' in chapter 2.

Hey! At least Malfoy died! Gotta love that much.

Bad spelling, overused year of exile, even if the exile was different, obvious Harry/Hermione, no matter what the author says, and one last problem that tops them all.

    Mercenary wizards.

Honestly. The wizarding world has had two wars in the last how many years. The country has no Army. They have a low population. Under what circumstances would a mercenary crew get experience. For that matter, how does Harry pay for them when Voldemort does not. He has at least access to the Malfoy money and any other Death Eater family, and he may have access to the Slytherin fortune, if it exists. So you have a group of inexperienced wizards and witches going into a country that has been fighting itself for fifteen years...

Fifteen years with one hit kills and a population lower then Australia...THEY SHOULD HAVE ENDED THE WAR BY NOW. There may be 100,000 wizards in britain tops. A fifteen year war cannot be fraught by that few.

And even if it could the Mercenaries and now by far under experienced to the general populous. Fail, 2/5 and thats for the unique Idea.

I think you need to qualify that statement with the phrase British Wizarding World. JK Rowling sucks big fat hairy balls at describing Harry Potter on a societal level. For all we know Wizarding Britain is as stable as muggle Britain, whereas there could be numrous conflicts amongst wizards world-wide.

No the one before Voldemort was better, he managed most of Europe. Voldemort really sucked. But your point is made.

Can anyone explain to me why Voldemort was considered the darkest dark lord in a century?
