Since we have this thread for 2012, I think we may as well have one for 2013.

And for starters - Movie 43. Definitely NSFW and as offensive as it probably can be with that many movie stars in one place.

Been looking forward to Movie 43 since I heard about it, hadn't seen the trailer, so thanks for that.

Other movies I'm looking forward to:

Oz the Great and Powerful. James Franco, Mila Kunis, and the wonderful world of Oz. 'nuff said.

The Croods. Only because Emma Stone's voice is in it.

The End of the World. It has Emma Watson, James Franco, Seth Rogen, Aziz Ansari, the list goes on. Waiting for at least a trailer for this, but goddamn, it sounds epic.

I recently discovered this movie and it definitely has a great premise. Let's hope they deliver.

Die Hard 5, coming out on Feb 14, 2013. The trailers ending, was a win. The action looks pretty good.

The Lone Ranger, With Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter. I'm really not sure what to make of this one.

It's a Die Hard movie, of course the action looks good. I also liked that particular end line, but mostly because when I saw this trailer in theaters it was immediately followed by the upcoming James Bond movie.

Still, looking forward to watching John McClane kill some bitches. Love me some Die Hard.

You know... I think Paul Mooney said it best on The Chappelle Show when he was criticizing Tom Cruise for being 'the Last Samurai'.

Since when has being samurai got anything to do with race or whatever you wish to call it.

Okay, so Tom Cruise wouldn't be the last samurai after that battle... But it makes for a more dramatic title than:

The last samurai - You know, expect for those guys that didn't the rebellion and get slaughtered by gattling guns.

Isn't the whole point of acting to pretend you're something you're not?

    A teaser trailer of Carrie.

Many question if there is a need for a new adaptation, but I think that updating the source material to the modern times can give as a very interesting movie. I also like the scale of the destruction presented in the teaser.

Yeah... that's what they thought in 1999.

With a shit writer, a shit director, and a teenage girl who takes a page out of 15-year-old Emma Watson's book and lets her eyebrows do the acting for her, I can't see how a remake will be good.

Chloe Grace Moretz is no Sissy Spacek.

Not really seeing it since it was a sequel with a different story, not an updated original.

I haven''t watched anything done by Kimberly Peirce, but looking at how her movies were received she doesn't seem to be a bad director. And Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa is hardly a "shitty" writer. Mediocre, sure. But not "shitty". Though I'm curious why you have such an opinion about them.

And Chloe Grace Moretz kicks ass. ;)

Iron Man 3 trailer, which looks pretty good. They certainly seem to be trying harder than they did with number 2.

Looks really great, I'm not familiar with the lore though, who is that villain?

Though they gave it the kiss of death when they cast Ben Kingsley. It seems like any movie he's been in, since Gandhi, has bombed horribly.

Like the new Iron Man armor. They're pulling things from the Extremis storyline for this one.

Getting a real Dark Knight Rises vibe off IM3. Hope Downey can pull things off better than Bale. Do like how the events of Avengers and the Battle of New York are mentioned and have stayed with Tony.

Was a little miffy about Ben Kingsley as Mandarin, but its growing on me. Like how he says "I'm not a terrorist, I'm a teacher." It fits.

Sexy Beast, anyone? Great example of Kingsley playing against type, a total and complete asshole and proud of it.

Interesting trailer, but it kind of gives me the impression that they're taking the concept of Iron Man too seriously. The best part of the previous two movies was RDJ's lighthearted humorous banter with anyone that would listen. If that takes a backseat to action and drama, I think the movie will suffer.

While I see where you're coming from, I'm taking comfort in the fact that Shane Black can write a damn funny script when he puts his mind to it. See Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang for starters (also staring RDJ, as it happens).

Mind you, he can also write a pretty shitty script when he doesn't put his mind to it, so...
