I will watch DOFP in theatres because I haven't missed a superhero movie in years. But I still hope it bombs.

 

If it takes a successful DOFP to get my badass Apocalypse movie, I hope it's fucking godtier.

Also funny fact, Hugh Jackman said Singer dislikes comic books. He said he and the rest of the actors had to read them behind Singers back to try to understand their characters better.

 

Her power's probability manipulation right? I think they gave her magic too (I don't know, I never cared that much), but they don't have to use that.

Probability manipulation seems more realistic (so-called) to me than someone's eyes being portals to the punch dimension.

 

A lot of alt-versions just cut the learning magic part out to simplify her.

Wanda's power was originally the same as Black Cat, Longshot and Domino's, cause bad luck to her opponents and/or cause good luck to herself through out her X-men and kooky quartet days. But because her powers were pretty unstable (they were effected by her being born in the same place a eldritch abomination was sealed), she had to learn chaos magic under Agatha Harkness to master her mutant ability.

Like the reason Wanda can fly is because she manipulates probability in such a way, a breeze is always lifting her, much like Storm.

But yeah, Probability Manipulation for some reason is too ridiculous for fox when people manipulating weather and punch dimension is A-ok.

 

I must be one of few that like their Sentinels. But they costumes are at best just meh.

As for this being successful? It will make money, but not nearly as much as Fox wants. With a budged like this it will probably need to make at least 500m to not be called a failure. That's more than any X-Men movie ever made.

 

Probably not going to be as awesome as Pirates of the Caribbean originally was, but it certainly looks entertaining.

 

The trailer's certainly got me hooked. Can't wait for the movie.

Sy Cooper movie, Sly Cooper movie, Sly Cooper movie! It looks great! I will watch it, and buy it, and pirate it. I was so sure we were going to see Carmeita when the Police building appeared... But I loved it, it really felt like the games.

 

Robocop's promise seems to be that it'll be SO terrible, it WILL be hilarious.

And Vampire Academy seems to be Mean Girls with Vampires.

There's something almost poetic in the contrast between giving all of the shits about something and giving none whatsoever beyond preserving your right to the creative license.

This is the sort of production where you wouldn't be surprised to find out they were casting Shia LaBeouf as a teenage Cable.
