Can't be sure whether that's a direct effect of the hellfire or because Lash was speaking to his subconscious at that point. I mean, a major plot point of White Night was figuring out that Lash and id!Harry were actively subverting Harry's self-control. I would say it's likely though, given where hellfire comes from; it'd be just another tool for tricking mortals into taking up the coin.
