The pairing is kind of dumb, as while it is H/many he just has random sex with random people throughout time. We have no names so it's kind of useless.

As for the Lily Evans - Potter. Yes, that was dumb. He could have done Lily Potter. Or Lily Potter nee Evans, but seriously thats just the beginning, the very beginning. Read on, it's quite good.

 

His relationships are changing with time. During the days of tribes before civilization, people had many partners and distinction between sexes was virtually non-exsistant. Now that we're getting closer to modern times it shows him spending six months with only one women and it talked about how they had a more convential relationship (for our time).

 

I know that, it's just they could at least show who it is or describe her name or something. It's just another green eyed child came, or a boy with messy hair arrived again.

The author finally made something of the plot.

He made it a HP/Xmen crossover.

 

Honestly, just gave this piece a read through and I am enjoying it. I am liking how the author has put Harry into many parts of history. With that said, I am glad that we have gotten to more recent history.

I am not too trilled with the X-Men bit, seemed kind of rushed. With that said, I sort of understand why the author put that bit in there.

I enjoyed reading this fic, I'd recommend it to anyone that has a couple of hours and wants to sit down and read something different.

Other than that, this story is fairly original and the writing isn't bad... thought I would've given it a 4.3/5 before these recent updates. Now it'll get a little less.

Huh, apparently, the X-Men part didn't stay long ... which is a very good thing. I'm looking forward to new chapters again.

Although the low amount of interaction with the important characters is a tad disappointing.

I can't really explain why I didn't like this story, but I think it boils down to a lot of telling not showing, there being no coherent storyline, and the fact that this is not a parody. Had it been one, I might have liked it. I don't think it can rise beyond guilty pleasure for me. 2.5/5, rounded up because I try to respect old things which evolve.

 

Wow. I mean, holy fuck. I mean, this guy is the ultimate Jesus-figure, coming back from the dead after so long.

I remember his other fic was one of the first I ever read, it had some kind of super-Harry with all the powers, he used lightning magic (?) to get into the electrical grid, where his personality got copied and distributed itself all over the world through the Internet. Was some wild shit, though it got boring after a while and I don't think it holds up well at all.

This particular story seemed rather interesting, but was too short to really get into. I'm going to re-read it, then post a review.

EDIT: After slogging through the first 3 chapters of the excruciatingly tedious descriptions of what an immortal Harry got up to, I could not take it anymore and just skipped to the two new ones, and all I have to say is lol wat. The author has clearly not improved in their writing, and has randomly just decided to start a completely new story instead of resurrecting the old one, however they forgot to make a new file and just kept going on the old one. apparently it was an X-men crossover all along? shrug.png 1.5/5 rounded up to 2 because of nostalgia and because I've seen much worse.

Additionally, I don't think this belongs in the Library anymore.

 

Jesus, but this is a trip back in time if I've ever seen one.

 

This fic was the first to do this trope in the HP fandom, but it has since been surpassed at its own game by A Long Journey Home.
