Just a somewhat short prologue so far, but an interesting alternate take on what could have happened following the events at the graveyard in GoF. Harry decided to flee England in order to protect both his own life and his friends also. Will be an Independent!Harry, but likely not a darkish or vindictive one. Seems to have potential, so I'd recommend giving it a try.

 

Added it to my alert list, I'll see how it turns out when (if) he posts another chapter.

The author is a Cho shipper BTW, so I see why you would like it.

 

I know he is, but I hardly think shipping will factor in much anyway. But it is nice to know that should there be one eventually, it'll be one I like.

 

Hmm ... interesting. Too short to make much judgement just yet, but it looks to be good.

 

it`s got a positive beginning, although it`s to early to say much.

I think the author has a good writing style.

I went ahead and put it on my alert list also, but am just gonna wait for awhile then start on it after the author gets to around chapter 5 or 6. As we all know some stories start out 'new' or 'great' but end up dying off after the first few chapters or going good then the author gives it a lame ending. I'll wait then check it out.

Oh and Serapheth nice Kisame pic but it sorta doesn't go with your location, Luca was better with that one.

Not bad, i like harry's i don't know what to call it, Manilpulating? of uncle vernon, it was pretty good, added it to my authors alert and hopefully he keeps it going..

 

New chapter is okay, but the rich harry thing has been done over and over again but harry openly competing with the malfoy's is new, hopefully it fails, just to show that harry isn't perfect..

 

Well, it's not really any indicator of perfection from Harry in the end. He just told a goblin to buy stuff that competes with the Malfoys...it's not like he's the one actually doing the business.

I`m interested in seeing where exactly harry is headed where he won`t need as much money for while.
though harry took quiet a risk telling a goblin that he bribed to start making investments on his behalf.I`d be afraid that someone else would come bribe the same goblin to make some investments fail.

The Gringotts scene that was inevitable at the time of the story's original publishment was handled more realistically, but... I love the title.

 

He's reposted Heart of the Lion twice already, each time never getting past the fourth chapter.

Personally, I thought the fic showed much promise, but I have my doubts over whether we will ever see the fifth chapter, much less a completed story.
