Indeed, Moridin. But outing himself as priest at this stage seems to be rather bad play if he really was the priest. Especially as it served no purpose when he did it, other than to perhaps increase his chances of getting mayor.

The 3rd possibility is that he's lying.

The Warlock can send mail independently of the mailman i.e. on his own, regardless of who the mailman selects, he sends his own separate letter.
