A street level, canon compliant Weaver story. With a cast of mainly OCs. A new group of independent heros/ vigilantes went over the line and Weaver, having some experience with well intentioned brutality, is called in to talk to them. She interacts with the Wards, Phillys Protectorate and a small cast of villains. Gets involved in side plots and such.

Plot progression is fairly smooth and Weaver feels like an actual person instead of a terminator caricature. Full points from me: It's not as memorable as Cenotaph or Weaver Nine, but it's difficult to find fault with it. And it's got unique antagonists.
