Weird and needless debug information for set_forminto()

    As I was browsing the forum in the phone, I accidentally pushed on report post button.

    It loaded a perfecrly ordinary form, with this on the very top:
    A quick google didn't suggest a good way of viewing (and copying) source via phone, and the screenshot would only show a proper report post page that is moved down by the wall of green text above the page, and I'll update this post if I can reproduce it on my home computer in about hour. If I do not, I could not.
