I was watching the Goblet of Fire DVD today, and it caught my attention that during Dumbledore's speech before the 3rd task you can see Karkaroff in the background tenderly stroking Krum's head. Isn't that weird?

 

Great just what we all need, Krum/Karkaroff shipper's.

It underlines Harry's position as irregular champion. During that scene Krum stands with Karkarow, Cedric with his father, Fleur is together with her Sister and Mme Maxine. If I recall it right, then Harry is alone until Moody steps up to him.

Although the video I have of GoF is low quality as I got it before it was released, you can still see it happening. Particulary, he rubs his shoulders and look as he is sticking his pinky into Krum's ear.

Its better in the DVD, as the quality of the snapshot was bad, it was Karakaroff massaging Krum's shoulders, then he lifts his hand and seems to stroke Krum's ear with his pinky, yet Krum is obstructed from view by DD.

 

... so that it looks as if Karkaroff is massaging Dumbledore's ass before he tries to finger him ...

Perhaps that was intended.
