After stumbling across yet another story where Molly does nothing but screech and shriek, I must ask -- does anyone know of a story which actually characterizes Molly Weasley well?

Molly should have a somewhat significant role in the story, her character voice should be spot-on and it shouldn't gloss over her faults completely.

 

There is that HP/LotR crossover, where Harry and Molly get transported to LotR world. I am too tired to look for it now.
