    I took out Acolyte, Spiritualist, Inquisitor, Peeping Tom, Watchman, and BOD. Goal was to go light on the info roles. 11/4 and light on info roles would ~probably be slightly wolfsided elsewhere, but seems about right for DLP.

    @KaiDASH - did we remove the "deal witches an extra role and one of them gets to swap" thing? I can't find it in the most recent version of the ruleset.

    I think witches should be dealt an extra role regardless of what you guys decided but I'm also still salty as the dead sea.

    I actually like keeping acolyte in a game this size. Can trim other info roles, and it should be fine. I'm a little meh about fortune teller and oracle both in WH, but don't have better ideas off top of head.

    One thing you could consider for roles is using Lookout, Rogue and Maniac from L&W. Removing Holy as a Lookout pick is probably the thing to do also. I would 100% not use multiple in Acolyte / Oracle / Watchman.

    Could also do Basic Musketeers

    Alarm mechanic seems kinda swingy, which is par for the course for L&W but maybe not something that's ideal for WH?

    Hm. Might be worth a shot. Could axe, like - Oracle, Assassin, Fanatic?

    The Lookout set is definitely mad swingy. I wonder if some sort of Alarm based info role is plausible

    With Musketeer's I'd probably go something like
    1. Priest
    2. GD
    3. UT
    4. Info - Inq / Oracle / FT
    5. Survivalist
    6. Gambler
    7. Nurse
    8. Fanatic
    9. Judge
    10. Hunter
    11. DOB
    12. Loose Cannon
    13. R Musketeer
    14. B Musketeer
    15. G Musketeer
    16. Free choice - Assassin / Info / Pagan
    The choices are in order of my preference, I guess. I think Pagan's cool in theory but generally 0 impact so.

    Could change Gambler so it protects against day kills that aren't lynches (DOB, Musketeer & Assassin). That might give it some marginal utility for Witches, though I still can't see Witches staying on Gambler over any other role so it ends up just being a landmine for town. Which is still a witch buff of sorts.

    Ehhh. I think Musketeers change the overall vibe of the game to be too mechanics-heavy. It just adds another layer in a similar way the Alarm does but at least everyone is on kind of equal footing when it comes to plan/theorycrafting for the Alarm?
