I've been rereading The Lie I've Lived by jbern and I just came across the subplot of Sarah Underhill.

For those of you unaware (and slight spoilers for the story) it involves Snape taking polyjuice to become Sirius Black, only for him to have sex with multiple female students and end up impregnating one.

There is just something about him impersonating Sirius that's wrong on so many levels and really gets under my skin. Him having sex with Sirius' body for one, misleading the women into making them think he's Sirius for another, and something about the entire concept of him taking polyjuice to become someone he isn't for his own disgusting needs/desires is so sick to me.

It really makes me think of the seedier parts of magic, and while there can be greater triumphs and achievements, there are also lower lows.

So how about you guys? Is there anything from a story that just got under your skin in the worst way?

 

Snape then also kills her and the unborn child while part of the Death Eaters. I can't think of any examples from fan fiction myself, but Tom Riddle Sr getting raped by Merope Gaunt in HBP was something quite disturbing that when I first read the book I didn't really pick up on.

 

Most of Prisoner's Cipher, especially the ending, to this day it's one of the best fics I've ever read.

 

I read a fic where Ron knocks up Lily. God that made me almost vomit. Imagining Ron with Harry's mother made me vomit. If you have to ship Lily then ship her with Harry not fucking Ron Weasley. He doesn't deserve even Hermione never mind the hotness that is Lily. Same with shipping Ron with Daphne, Fleur etc. I don't think he even deserves Lavender.

 

So I've been wondering, is it just the one guy that keeps creating accounts solely to talk about how much he hates Ron, or is this something multiple people do?

To briefly summarize, Vernon left Petunia way before Harry received his Hogwarts letter and he managed to gain custody of Dudley. Petunia is left with Harry and her life unravels... Shady boyfriends, drugs, etc. Just superbly written and fucked up.

I mean, it's hard to get a more subjective topic than this thread. Some horror movies that disturbed me deeply are popcorn affairs for others.

 

I read a fic a few years ago now that centred around Harry and Ginny having been kidnapped by Voldemort, and forced to be his sex slaves. In and of itself, I appreciate that it isn't that fucked up, certainly by the standards of fanfic, but it was...elevated, shall we say, by two things.
First, there was Voldemort's obsession with them being clean inside and out, which led to scenes of them being bathed, shaved and given enemas by a pair of smirking house-elves.
Second, a last minute twist into psychological stuff; they escape, Voldemort is killed, and a few years later, bar a newfound appreciation for relatively kinky sex, they've put it behind them. Then Ginny gets pregnant, and it's heavily implied that due to something Voldemort was doing while fucking them, the baby is in fact a reincarnation of Tom Riddle.

Spiral Path has a lot of fucked up shit in it. Objectively, there's plenty of fics that are more fucked up than it, but there's a scene where a 12 or 13 year old fem!Harry is coerced into giving a BJ to Dean (by Dean) because he has the gimmick of having one spell he's good at, so good at that he can do wandlessly, so for him it's a compulsion charm. Anyways, fem!Harry is forced against her will to finish him, but she then has the presence of mind to keep his spunk in her mouth and use it later in some sort of ritual that creates a familiar for her. I think it was a lizard or snake or some shit. I might be misremembering some things since it's been like 7 years since I read it, but that just goes to show how long it's stuck with me. It's probably technically not even the most fucked up thing in that fic.

 

Hey I remember that. Isnt that one where Tonks is renamed Natalia for some reason? From Wordhammer, is it?

Also, to stay on topic I'll add a story where Harry and his eight-year-old wife Gabrielle acquire a bunch of slaves, Tonks included. Except they're more like torture toys or something.
