Mine is stolen art of Rubick, the Grand Magus, a character from a game called Dota 2. He's a magus, a wizard, that steals other people's spells and turns them against them.

I was really into Dota 2, and Rubick was one of my favorite heroes, and it had a similar theme with Harry Potter, so here we are.

 

Mine is just a badass monkey. Some of the glory is lost in avatar form because it's not animated in all its splendor

 

Mine is a picture of old Rousseau that amuses me.

Mine's Kirby, specifically from the fanart someone made called 8-bit fatalities, where all the old nintendo classics were reimagined as gorey messes.

As for why I'm using it, I just like it. Saw it a few years ago and thought it was cool, so I cropped out just Kirby and proceeded to use it as an avatar ever since.

A demon called Luci from Disenchantment.

 

This is an original photo taken with some sort of camera. It shows a ghost near a chair with some sort of ghost corpse hung off it. A school clock shows the time, and it is long until midnight. Two empty feminine boots are left scattered, without care.

The centrepiece of the photo appears to be a ghost wearing sunglasses, in some manner of defiance against its incorporeal state. Perhaps a nose is slightly visible, but otherwise, all human form has left it. Light shines from the left towards the ghost and leaves the frame as shadow, on the right.

One day, watching a stream, I saw this emote being used. I never knew of its existence, but once I beheld it in all its ugly splendor, I immediately opened my wallet and got it.

There is no better feeling than having a sick outplay and commemorating it with the bountiful face of Sir Thomas Kench while dancing on the corpses of your enemies.

Wasn't sure why it's my pic. Based on the timing, I was on a research trip to Scotland with uni. Cumbrae does sometimes have puffins, so there was probably one on a poster in the computer lab or something?

 

Mine is an older Luffy concept Oda scribbled and I colored.



I felt he looked pretty cool so I changed to it.

 

Mine is a fairly heavily cropped shot of the Eighth Doctor, specifically from the Big Finish audio productions rather than his TV appearances. Chose it because I like Doctor Who, and at the time I was listening to a lot of the Big Finish stuff - probably the Dark Eyes series, which is very good.

That said, it's probably about time I had a change...
