EDIT: alright as for reasons for Voldemort beating Hagrid, first a simple animation like was used in the ministry would keep Hagrid busy, toss in a few conjurations and Hagrid will be unable to do much. Voldemort could also easily cast unbrakeable charms on the objects so Hagrid could do nothing against them.
If Voldemort puts an Impertable around himself, Hagrid cannot touch him (or shoot him).
That leaves magic, a few AKs later and Voldemort is the victor

Voldemort was totally owned. Dumbledore bested him in every aspect of the duel, and he is way older. Hell, he had statues beat him up.

Harry. Draco is a pretty big oussy, and HBP Harry beat him for farks sake.

I thought that would have been obvious. Harry, he has some experience and he's used to taking risks. Hermione would likely panic.
