Seems to me you were accusing them of the same things.

I refered to him only on the last point. I simply did not keep my answers separate for each person.

You, Silver Peas, as well as F77, are stupid without bounds.

Oh, and of course I only meant F77, I just didn't keep it separate.

Silver Peas: The people with the ORANGE NAMES are not to be angered. The orange name means they're an admin. And both the admins and mods wield the banstick. Green names are similar to orange, but they're lower on the hierarchy. At least, I think so.

Anyway, back on topic. The rant by krakensghost does seem like it was written in 10 minutes. It has little discernible structure, it just jumps from one topic to the next with no transitioning, and it sounds as if it were written by a 14 year old. But for all I know, kraken may just be a 14 year old.

To me this rant was just something thrown together by someone who just got frustrated with something in life and decided his keyboard was a good place to take his frustrations out on.

I feel like comment on one of BMMs thoughts on the rant. About how short book six is. I read the comment as what Kraken thought an other fault with book six, not that he wanted what he thinks is an useless book with to much Snape to be longer then it was(This is not what I think about book six, I think the book is an ok read).

Only administrators can ban, ineedabettername. But neither administrators nor moderators should be trifled with.

Silver Peas: You've really lowered my opinion of you with this thread and your badly thought out, baseless accusations.

..Nice going smartass, not only did you bump a topic which has been dead for a while, but you took a few people's opinion's for the entire site, you're a real genius. :D Encase it went over your head, quite a few people said it was a good read, and most simply said that Midknight's was better.

Did anyone demand that we post this outside of the site? No they didn't, someone posted this, they considered it good enough to share, so stfu and gtfo because you're an opinionated twat, much like everyone here, except our opinion's are usually valid, yours however, was not.

Er, right, no comment on this you should realise why I don't even need to single out exactly why it isn't worth anyone reading. ^_^

Those who posted prior got riled up with each other, not the text, is that so hard to understand? From the look's of it you just read up to Blue's post and decided to skip the rest, assuming they would all be the same.

Everything is subject to observation and commentary, otherwise you wouldn't have observed and commented as you have, which makes you hypocritical, this site is our personal bit of space, away from people who bore us in most terms, not to say that people outside of this site are boring.

Just so you know, most of the member's of this site have probably not read anything by Kraken, I have however, and will without hesitation agree with the next person, and the person after that, that he is a good author, but being a good author does not put him in a situation where he is above critisism.

No where on the internet is private if it's in plain view, hasn't got a password, or restricts access in other ways. As I said before, being a good author doesn't put someone above critism, and with saying that, I say; Fangirl much?

...Er, i'm sorry, but I must have missed the point where someone said he couldn't write?

No offence to Kraken, but that isn't saying much at all.

No, Thank you for posting this marvel of a modern piece of writing, it is absolutely inspiring, I shall devote my next chapter to it, if I remember. ^_^

By the way, why did you double post the emoticon?

... Its a bad idea to use self defeating logic in an argument

The majority of the HP fandom are fools.

Facts are right or wrong. Opinions are not o_O

Do you have skeet in your eye?:( Unless you haven't looked at this thread at all, you'd notice theres only two pages(only 9 of which constitute any sort riley) .

Yeah. 4th amendment. How 'bout that?

By that logic, our opinions are not subject to your approval either. o_O

Lets define the words public, and community, as a large vocabulary dosn't seem be your forte.

public(Definition 1a of the Merriam Webster dictionary)
    • Exposed to general view

    community(Definition 1b, c & d of the Merriam Webster dictionary)
    • The people with common interests living in a particular area; broadly : the area itself <the problems of a large community>

    • An interacting population of various kinds of individuals (as species) in a common location

    • A group of people with a common characteristic or interest living together within a larger society <a community of retired persons>

So therefore, livejournal is public, and a community of people use it. Public comunity. I've never taught rudimentary English, so I'm sorry if you still dont understand the concept of a 'public community'

    Apparently you don't.

Theres several senteces I could make out of this illegible clusterfuck, but I'll leave it to the readers immagination to fill in the gaps.

Your understanding of simple concepts lacks in every way immaginable.:( see above ^

    right.......

Yes, it is very funny! Jokes you never had to make are the best kind.

... And so sayth Jonicon:"No offence to Kraken, but that isn't saying much at all."

    Good for you kid...

Normaly, I'd welcome you to dark lord potter and tell you not to necro bump, but its pretty obvious your just a troll, and a poor one at that. Heres a list of things you can do to increase your trolling productivity with virtually no effort!

    1. Use memetics to its fullest extent

    2. Take an extreme viewpoint to encite drama

    3. If your comprehension of the English language is comparable to an atistic 42 year old tranny who's mother abandoned him in a gas station, avoid using even the most simple of concepts, ie: privacy, directions, colors

    4. ???

    5. Profit

Using these Five easy steps you can easily tripple your trolling capacity within 2-3 weeks! Good luck and God speed, Cunnilingus.

You realize...that Kraken, by writing that rant, also invaded JKR's personal, private space and judged her by his standards? Oh...and here's a funny one:

Hmm...let's see. Kraken...is a fanfiction author, apparently held in high regard, but still, someone who isn't a published author. But still, because of his writing skill, we should accept his opinion, and not critique it.

Okay. Let me give you this: JKR is an internationally published writer, who's work has made her a billionaire, has made her name a household one, and has spawned the fandom that this site is based on. By that virtue, Kraken should quake in fear and never express his dislike of the books just in awe of JKR's writing, correct? Right?

Stfu. It was a funny rant, and I thought it was funnier than Midknight's. But don't worship him and come here on your high horse trying to be his knight in shining armor if you're going to use arguments that can be easily exploited and turned against you to show how idiotic you are.

If Kraken didn't want anyone to judge it, then he would have posted it somewhere where others can't read it, or never have posted it at all. The very fact that half the bloody webpage in the link is full of him responding to peoples' comments makes your argument a complete failure.

That said...are you Kraken? You seem to take this pretty personally for someone who just reads his stuff. If you're Kraken, then you're being a haughty asshole like Vorlon was in the HoS thread...appreciate the fact that the first ten posts in this thread are all flattering of the rant. If you're not Kraken, then be good enough to understand that anyone is allowed to critique anything. They don't have to be right, but they're entitled to an opinion...the latter being the descriptor for your post.

I liked the title of your post, and find it extremely applicable to the content of said post: 'Full of...stupid logic.'

    That's cute.

I don't appreciate being called to the board to deal with a fuckwit, only to find the fuckwit has pussied out and deleted aforementioned fuckwit post like a twat.

If you have the balls to say something, then keep it as is, and don't back out once you start to get folks to tell you to shut the fuck up.

Now kindly go craw back to ginnypotter.net and necropost here no more.
