Are there any fics with Bella as anything other than a girlfriend/fuckbuddy/torturesex-partner to Harry?

I have a story I'm starting with the lestranges as Harry's "second parents". I'm using the Fury of the Blacks explanation: joined fetuses.

So far, this is my plot bunny:

Harry's guardianship is given to Albus after OOTP. He grounds him. Harry's like Wtf?

Wants emancipation.

So, he escapes, makes his way to Ministry building. There he needs to sign a magical paper that grants emancipation only if your parents are dead. When he tries to sign it, it rejects him. Harry has all this hope for Lily and James being Alive.

Meanwhile: Bellatrix and Rodolphus have just bribed their way into innocence thanks to Fudge.

According to the magical paper, if it is rejected, the parents are notified.

Harry manages to grab one letter, the one to Bella and Rodolphus b4 it goes. The other...to Tom Riddle. Due to the AK, Tom has passed some characteristics of himself to Harry, making him one of his parents.

Bella, eager to please her lord, asks Fudge if he can give her Harry's guardianship. Fudge wants Harry dead. How else better than to give him to Death Eaters.

They get guardianship, and force harry home. After numerous escapes, Harry is transfigured into a 5 year old, with his own mind, but with some 5 year old tendencies...

Bella, crazy person she is, starts doting on ittie Potter.

Voldemort raids Ministry of Magic building to get his "brat". (The telephone/ card dispenser:

"Lord Voldemort here to collect my brat...."

When Harry is given the LV, he is not killed. Taught lessons on Dark Arts to a Harry who acts like He REALLY IS 5.

Bella is given charge of him, and is generally good to a hating/resentful Harry until she discovers the unsent letter.

Insane!Mother and Harry bond during the summer. Will be funny with him being a 5 year old.

And...Hogwarts comes....but the transfiguration cant be undone!

a YEAR at hogwarts a 5 year old in 6th year.

It seems good, but can be tricky and lose steam and maybe be a huge clusterfuck. You'll have to go slow with this, but it could be done.

 

The beginning has plenty of fuel, but I'd reccomend having a definite cut-off point for the story. You can always make sequels, but a short story continued later is more satisfying than a partially finished long story.

If you write this, I would definitely read it.

I love the idea and if you can pull it off it sounds good to me. Just try to keep Lord Voldemorte in character please! Errrr...at least make his decision not to kill Harry believable enough that I can suspend belief. Perhaps by having Harry blurt out the prophecy during one of his five year old moments? That way Voldemort can consider the benefits of turning Harry to his side and keeping him alive as a sort of extra life insurrance...
