Tom - the type of read you gave on terrain you s ALSO the kind of read that I’ve seen town you give to scum that ends up sitting n your blindspot. (But it’s also sometimes you finding a behavioral tell that town display that others don’t pick up on.). So the picking at that is a bit of trying to figure out which one of those reads you’re giving while trying to figure out my read on someone I’m having a hard time nailing down.

My read on his fluffiness?

From his over reactive treatment of me asking Empoof a single question about him (“you keep pushing based off a post that was clearly a joke”/“her insistence on attacking me for a post that I clearly meant as a joke” again over a single question not even directed at him) to trying to shut down conversation about what we could assume to be scum play mechanics to dismissing pushes and question that come within 10 feet of him as “dumb” if they don’t suit his wagon at the time and that;s when he even feels like answering...Nah I don’t have a great read on him

I’m back after a 5 year hiatus playing with people who I mostly don’t know and he tries to paint me as scum because “she's supposedly a good, experienced mafia player, so she really should know better.”

Besides sloth he's the ONLY ONE who knew this was bullshit that was playing at the time.

Yes. Sloth though it wasn’t great. It also pinged mendel(.279) Cerber came out against it (#288). Empoof was also anti “don’t talk about scum” (#310)

But yet it’s just me and sloth and “jumped down his throat”

Frankly I don’t have time to bother trying when someone just ignores pings or replies with “Pft no it was DUMB” over a week later when someone else asks him.

All that being said? I don't think he's sloths partner. I would rather nuke the partner and remove a NK. There's no defense against NKs. Town players can always talk/fight their way out of mislynch so I'd rather there be more Days in order to talk things out than take the easy/riskier way out of "Hey if we leave two teams going maybe theyll kill one another for us"

I'm in between things right now still but I know we only have 3 hours left.

I don't really know who Sloth's partner is, but I do have a bunch of people that I think aren't his partner. I'm feeling super weird about how some of the threadflow feelings are, and how I'm basically settling for lynching Jarizok despite not really thinking that he's Sloth's partner. But I'm definitely flipflopping on it a lot and could see myself voting for Vaimes when the buzzer hits. It feels really weird for Sloth to scum read him the way he did and with thread pressure on Jarizok / him not really being that outstanding could super easily lead to Jarizok being lynched day 1 with Sloth having to force himself to vote there. But I'm not like... Incredibly confident in this reasoning and I think out of the total players he feels the least townie to me. He has a low (but not zero%) chance of being Sloth's partner but a decent shot of just being scum this game.

I think Vaimes is exactly town or Sloth's partner and nothing more atp. Part of what's making me struggle is that he's showing good process for what I perceive his townplay to be. But I don't see a lot of Sloth's partner hunting in his posts, and someone else noted (I think tom) that he's opting to just plain scumhunt and his vote onto and real want to lynch TerRain today is making me uncomfortable. Part of what makes today so powerful for townies is that there's legitimate LOGIC to work with with Sloth flipping wolf. Like regardless of your opinion about wanting to destroy a scumteam first (I still think it's ridiculous to hope for a cross kill) it's really powerful to have a group of people as not scumteam A to work with and it's pretty easy to see the excitement or inquisitiveness of people wanting to find Sloth's partner. Removing a team also let's us go back to actually playing real mafia instead of this weird partner building play and WIFOM propaganda that's twisting my brain into knots.

Keldeo looking back at the championship game with Jarizok is like incredibly townie and I'll have a hard time thinking he's scum now from just that action alone. Like that's just not a fake thing he did and if it is then he's still opinion up discussion about it which would have to be cited and stuff. IDK I might have an incorrect memory of how jarizok played that game but the thing that sticks out in my head is the pocket penguin gif he gave me and a feeling of at least an attempt of pocketing me. That's... not exactly how I feel about him right now. But I just think everyone else is townier so that reasoning is getting canned.
