I believe he means the thumb icon to the left of the names is a bit too dark to easily stand out.

 

The number of which page you are on (in a thread) is barely off-white. At quick glance, I can't say if I'm at page 3-4-5 and I actually have to focus to figure it out. Might just want to increase the contrast or even make the number bold to make it stand out. Other option could be to make the selected page button a dark green with a white number to easily spot your current page.
