    Pretty much I think????

If one of Newcomb / Kai is scum I feel better about Waco cuz in a world where either of them is a witch they're hoping Waco gets traction to detract from Rubicon.

A More Accurate and Still Wonderful Vote Count.

Rubicon [6] - Vira, Vaimes, Fluff, Miner, Fable, Cobalt.
Waco [3] - Newcomb, Kai, Delphine.
    Delphine [1] - Reg.

Not Voting [4] - Font, Jari, Rubicon, Waco.

For all his doubting about Font's green check, you'd think Rubicon would seal the deal with a vote.

Regfan, do you have any strong reasons to townread Cobalt outside the motivations/timing of his claim?

Can you speak more to what your interpretation is of the "weird[ness]" is at this point? Because in and of itself this looks like empty mudslinging to me.

Not a big fan of assuming the game is easy like Cobalt says in #2794.

I reread Delphine/Koalas interactions - from his side, they do look like bussing. From her side, though, they look more like "wtf is this guy saying to me. Guys are you seeing this shit?"

Ok, so I did some math and I think it makes sense to ask Kai to leeroy today. If he kills Rubicon, mner can then kill Waco and if he kills literally anyone else, miner can kill rubicon.

    I'd support this plan.

    I misunderstood, never mind.

This plan is actually acceptable to me.

I mean, it literally was based on TMI regardless? I was really having trouble figuring out at the time if you were caught-for-the-right-reasons mad or self-righteous-town-mad by virtue of knowing miner was town, and I wanted to get the conversation back on what miner's alignment means for other people while not making my trump card obvious <_<.

    I like I like.

---------- Post automerged at 03:29 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:29 PM ----------

This is a good way to narrow the PoE, end day early, get the game moving with results for N3 and keep on keepin' on.

---------- Post automerged at 03:32 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:29 PM ----------

    Kai as a witch:

    Leeroys Rubicon - Rubicon villager
Leeroys anyone else - Rubicon witch

    Kai as town:

Leeroys Rubicon - Rubicon potential witch
Leeroys anyone else - doesn't happen because town Kai cooperates

So basically this scenario is win / win regardless of Kai's alignment. If he's a witch, one more down and we can try and determine Rubicon's alignment from there. If he's town, he gets rid of one of our witch reads, we kill the other one, narrow the PoE, and continue.

So, worst case scenario, all three of Waco, Kai and Rubicon are town. They can then do angel things, and we'd be at 7-3. Assuming we then kill Jari, then me, and scum gets a kill each time, we'd be at 3-3 or 4-2. Jari being town is obviously a loss there, but it would mean either a team of vira, von, newcomb or one of those being scum with the reg/cobalt or delphine/miner pairs. I find all of those unlikely enough to be fine losing to them.

Assuming we killed one scum along the way, and the remainder are exactly von and newcomb, we can lynch both without getting any angel saves (it would then be exactly miner, Vira and Newcomb in final three). We could even kill both Vira and Newcomb in that final three scenario by lynching her once, angel protecting her that night and then lynching newcomb who dobs her the next Day.

We wouldn't want to lynch miner in that scenario as it requires delphine to have been shot by the witches.

    Yeah.

Ironically, Kai is better off leeroying the person he thinks is more town between Rubicon and Waco, provided miner then shoots the other, as that would allow them to do angel things.

If we go that way, I'd like the opportunity to drop some final reads before this happens.

Which isn't going to happen for another few hours.

That's fine. Really, I'm just at the point of "do we trust reg, cobalt, Delphine and miner." If the answer is yes, we win.

I imagine Kai won't get in here for several hours.

    Bzzzt. Easier than that.

It's "do we trust Delphine and Cobalt."

Ok, but what if they misread the names in their qts? You don't know.
