What he's getting at is if the scum team is 3 of Rubicon/Waco/Jarizok/Newcomb we have win this regardless since they all die one way or another before endgame so he wants to kill someone he thinks might be mafia outside of there. That said we do not a) Need him to die for it and b) Do not need to worry about Vaimes/Fonti/Cobalt. The only world people should be worried about right now is either Delphine/Miner due to the vest and well the fact they're likely scum and Vira snowing us as survivalist. I'm happy to lose to Vira here.
