Just for the record, I'd given up on playing ball with you sometime during the last game day, because effort, emergency replacement, time, enthusiasm, etc.

If I'd been playing for real though this probably would have been the straw that broke the camel's back.

I seem to remember a long ago sometek saying that obliterations are bad for player experience because you can't actually do anything with your role.

I mean... he was the guy who went through DH2, so he might be a little bit biased.

You get shot, who cares. That doesn't end the game, and you could get shot just the same if Angels don't protect you ANYWAY. But if you're right game probably is over and town wins.

So that's like, a good reason to put cards on the table? So that people can actually debate on what you're proposing instead of you just going BELIEVE IT DATTEBAYO.

Like, close with no Angel Protection involved. If Angels could actually protect someone, that would be amazing. Permanent Mylo exits Halftime as Permanent Lylo, though.

I know I'm playing right into Kai's hands if he's a witch, but since he's the one who made the thing it's literally me losing to the setup before the rand which is the same thing that I'm already mad at so it's not like I can get even more mad.

1.Priest - Claim only if you REALLY, REALLY need towncred for some reason, and probably claim "holy" instead.
2.Gravedigger - Claim so we can kill you :v
3.Undertaker - Clam so we can kill you :v
4.Peeping Tom - Claim if you have peeped a flip, or the Hunter, or something else relevant. Don't claim otherwise.
5.Pagan - Claim if you have a specific reason to
6.Assassin - Claim so the real one can assassinate the fake one as assassin, thus double proving the fake one is fake
7.Hunter - Claim so we can kill you :v
8.DOB - I would claim this so
9.Loose Cannon - See above
10.Fortune Teller - Claim with important/relevant info, otherwise probably not
11.Spiritualist - Don't claim unless you're willing to commit to a specific check, and I'd recommend trying to get thread buy-in for that check before claiming.
12.Inquisitor - Don't claim. Wait to catch out fakeclaiming holies or confirm real ones.
13.Bishop - Don't claim or I will lynch you out of spite.
14.Ranger - Don't claim, you want to make it to halftime.
15.Conspirator - Claim this if you have some specific reason, but consult the Agents before outing their roles.
16.Butcher - Claim this if you have some specific reason, although be aware that it informs the Demons to potentially protect people you're scumreading correctly.
17.Zealot - Claim so we can kill Fable :v
18.Acolyte - Claim only if you REALLY, REALLY need towncred for some reason, and probably claim "holy" instead.

Pretty boring (basically boils down to "claim with relevant info, a CC, or an irrelevant role if you have some specific reason, otherwise meh") but the point I'm making is it really depends on what your role specifically is.

If it instead means "become aware of the secret technique to your borderline lunatic worldbuilding", definitely :v

 

If I was LC, I would have one post in this entire game, and it would have been to activate on Jarizok.

I want to see alternate-universe Rubicon's reaction to that, actually.

(To be fair, I wouldn't have survived D1. I would have actually played out the entire day and LC'd Tom at dayend. But... that's not this story.)

Only being able to check the forum when you're at home is really good for

1) not checking your phone during meetings

2) staying home and not going to the meetings in the first place

Previously I've just been doing tiered read lists and not really considering coven combos, so

fable / LW

Jarizok - E or LW. Leaning towards LW.

Remaining Elders in Wei, Fluff.

Remaining LW in Vaimes, DC, Fluff.

??? in Citrus

Reasons being:

Beruru - I don't think is a witch.

Citrus - I still don't even know Citrus. Like, I was too confident / overselling before, and now I've tried to correct but don't actually know what to do.

dichotomousCreator - I don't think DC as Elder hard busses tom, then also hard busses Jarizok as either flavor. LW could have accidentally done both, and Jarizok could have been going for a wine play by how he approached DC if DC is LW.

his fluffiness - Just... fluff things, right. He just fits, but there's no particular reason to put him anywhere specific.

Vaimes - I don't think Vaimes is an Elder but LW with Fable is very possible.

Wei - Coven is possible.

Actually going through, by the numbers it kind of suggests Jari Elder because there is more people that are viably LW and less that are viably Elder. Unless like.. Citrus is elder, or I'm wrong on beru?

After writing all this I can imagine beru laughing, because I've ended up in almost the same place she is in, just with Fable as a LW.
