anyway I'm pretty sure the AUs are relatively well explored at this point. Like:

Owner/Newcomb agent claim occurred on D3 with the only dead being tom/Rubicon/mal/dyachei. Possibilities are basically:
- mal was lynched without claiming
- Rubicon was Elders shooting into the Agent/LW pool
- dyachei was Elders shooting into the Agent/LW pool
- tom was an agent and Rubicon was scum that was NK'd (?????)

most likely world is probably malcio/Rubicon, with Elders concluding that LW!GD would not claim a correct Elder flip and thus that Rubicon was safe to shoot. Plus Rubicon was town as all hell at that point. I think mal may well have not had the motivation to bother claiming and defaulted to no claim, shooting dya N1 would be ridiculously ballsy and shooting scum!Rubicon is like lol.

But I mean, this was all covered when they originally claimed and I dunno why anyone would change their mind NOW. So I'm not really in "wine" mode (that's not a town thing >_>) so much as "I'm aware we're in paranoia world and I need people to lynch the Agent claim over you when it comes down to that"

 

Well, game seems pretty solved with like 5 townfirms and 4 people in PoE.

I'm still the town Ranger but I guess I'm happy to be paranoid lynched if that makes you guys feel safer? I'll have to math it out.

 

Explain how any of Kai//Fluff/dC / Fluff//Kai/dC / dC//Fluff/Kai makes sense if you want to save yourself.

Assuming worst case of 3/6 (i.e. only Jari and tom were hits and angels never save anyone):

Lynching me - 3/5 -> 3/4. In this world scum are obvious so likely no more mislynches? (unless one of beru/vaimes/citrus is playing the long game)

Lynching one of kai/fluff/dC - 2/4 -> 2/3

Lynching another one of kai/fluff/dC - 1/3 -> 1/1

Doesn't this just straight up lose the game if there are no Angel saves? Especially if one of dC/fluff is the DOB/LC/Butcher

Apologies to Beru (and Fable if he was actually town?) for getting angry/snippy with you today.

But from my PoV I was basically talking to two brick walls with how productive our exchanges ended up being. Like the whole claim of me being the Hunter and just shouting that in thread when I had a confirm-able role that wasn't the Hunter just tilted me a lot.

Well my reads were ok I guess this game then (was on tom and acio D1/2). Probably shouldn't have decided mal was town d3, but then again I'm pretty sure everyone else (apart from Fable) did.

I don't think I was going to ever catch dC though except for how the townfirms happened at the end.

Taking any gameplay feedback from Obs/other players/mods.

oh yeah also all the coven roles were kill roles except Spiritualist, which we didn't use, and two of them triggered at Halftime. So our only option was basically to kill off enough important town inforoles that this PoE shitstorm DIDN'T happen, and naturally this wasn't successful.
