I either a) pass the bomb to Fonti or KaiDash in a situation where they know passing it is scum. OR I hold the bomb until Day 2 and give it to the target at the end of Day 2. Then explode the same night.

Right. If Lyrium is dead, and the target is town, they use the card. If lyrium is dead and the target is scum, the card should not be used.

The order can be swapped, I don't care. However, lyrium can then communicate the result from the grave to ika.

If we were concerned, I could just hold the bomb today. There's nothing requiring me to give the bomb to anyone.

I give the bomb on day 2, and then ignite night 2. That was my second option.
