If mafia have fanatic gamble oracle watchman peeping tom .. all those are more likely to be discarded.

They discard gravedigger IF they have both apprentice and gravedigger, because they use apprentice on judge and let him claim gravedigger. easy life.

Or if mafia have nurse leeroy judge and something else really strong.
