Why do you think that Coleam? I'm pretty sure that "your team" refers to scum and town. Or else do spy's count as a different section apart from town? Lovers?

Mostly because the JWs and EWs don't know who each other are, and I thought the whole point was that the JWs would have no idea who might be the EW(s) or the spy when they joined the coven. But if one of them is the vigilante and he knows that x number of witches have been killed, then the JWs have a major edge.

I could be wrong though. I guess it's not as generally OP for scum as I originally thought since it only tells the scum who the other dead scum might have been.

I hope this is a moot point though, since losing one of our potential kills would suck.

Lovers? Hah, aren't there supposed to be three of them? Assuming some aren't dead anyway. That'd make them a Menage a trois.

...and depending who they are that may very well be TMI.

Doesn't really matter but just wanna let you guys know my role was Recluse.

If you do want to win I suggest you look more carefully on the people who bandwagoned against me, but I really don't care anymore.

    Good luck.

Nah, just two linked lovers. The cupid knows who they are, though, and provides protection... but they don't know who the cupid is, and he isn't part of the QT. I don't think.

Two Lovers and a Cupid. The Cupid knows who the Lovers are, but unless something's changed from older gamebuilds the Lovers do not know the identity of the Cupid.

I'm not sure how much it matters which one of Striker and Castiel is lynched, since barring them making some excellent cases in the next...8 hours-ish I'd be willing to bet money whoever doesn't get lynched will probably eat the Court's kill with the two lynch trains so strong.

Not going to change my vote right now at least because that would leave Castiel one away from Hammertime and if he is Town he does deserve the chance to make a case.

Reading through Castiel's and Striker's posts, a couple things have stood out as scummy.

Castiel - asked to be checked as far back as Day 1. It was in response to mishie answering the "Who to check?" question with his name, but he came right out and said that he wanted to be checked (194. Also got really defensive when Ash gave a light scumread on him when she was accusing some of her bandwagon of being scum (for his "No one cares" comment - 608)

StrikerLee - has been pushing to end the day, despite the amount of time left. It's mildly scummy.

    Based on this,

    Vote: Castiel

What sort of discussion are we meant to be having with only a few hours left in the day? I say just hammer him.

Just saw Castiel's role-reveal. It's not a holy role, so not anything that could convince me of his innocence. Not lynching him would mean that he couldn't be court-killed tonight though.

Angels, Martyr, etc - I won't tell you what to do, but I'd strongly consider protecting either Ashaya or another strong town read. (Not the Acolyte though... he's vanilla at this point). Make the scum either risk their kill bouncing, or be forced to kill a sub-optimal target, like a lurker who is not contributing.

Just saying, if I were scum, I would have chosen a holy role to role-reveal, so you guys would have wanted to be "careful" and not lynch me and I might have lived. Or the real guy would have had to come forward and I might have died or it would have been a stand-off and I would have 'helped' my "scum-buddies".

Luckily for you, I am not scum, and I don't want to fuck my team over as I go out.

I know I can't convince you anymore, so just lynch me and get it over with.

Though one last thing, if Ashaya doesn't die soon, I would be wary. You all think she is the priest so scum has very good reasons to kill her.

    But I don't wanna die!

In all seriousness though, Eid is right here. Protecting Ash, if you believe us that is, is definitely a good choice.

Also, since there are non-zero odds of my death tonight, some mechanical stuff:

Make sure you are using Moscone properly - you have a 'watchlist' in the client, if you click 'Notes' in bottom right corner. Make sure you keep a couple of your top scum reads in there, since I know certain roles can force you to utilize it, Sunlight Pagan in particular.

    @Thebrute

Understandable, of course... but killing you would be pretty stupid of the coven at this point. We lose a guaranteed town, sure, but... you have no powers that can hurt them.

Do not hammer him until I post a read wall. Will be at least 15 minutes.

I suspect my death is imminent tonight, and want to get my thoughts out before they are lost.

    Oh, goddammit. Someone hammered.

    Night has started, don't post.

Angels, you can also protect someone else, assuming that the coven will assume you'll protect me and not bother. Of course, they might still try, but then maybe you will have protected me, so they'll be risking losing a kill. We'll see what the coven does.

    Bleh, where to even start.

This, by far, is my biggest issue. Day 1 you managed to make little to no impression on me as a player. Day 2 had you posting more but making far too many derps for me to honestly consider you scum. Then Day 3 happened. The derps, for the most part, disappeared. You're posts had content and, dare I say it, were relevant.

Needless to say it felt like someone completely different was posting. In a Mafia game that raises every flag I've got.

How about the return of the derp? brute has claimed Acolyte, literally one of the only roles that cannot be scum. Admittedly it could be a scum!ploy but I believe I addressed the likelihood of that in a previous post. In addition to that you gave Ashaya potential scum checks (post #723) so you know she's claimed Priest. To be giving her role reads you'd have to know she was at least soft-confirmed. And that soft-confirm came from brute.

Literally the only train of logic I can see here is you throwing out the names of people who haven't posted much without any regard to thread posts/role reads. This is the possibly the scummiest thing I've seen all thread and that is saying something.

I can't speak for the lurkers (besides some general advice of looking at a calender) but coleam's online and we're two votes away from lynching Castiel, and at least two non-factor votes that will change before Day's end (7 hours left last time I checked?) That's plenty for deciding a lynch, especially as everyone seems set on Castiel. There's really been zero need of the countdown on your part and something I've been wary of ever since I saw how often inexperienced/pressured scum do it.

    Better reasoning for you Striker?
