So I know that on Pottermore it's said that in the 1980s the Ministry decreed that wizarding television was always going to be an affront to the Statute of Secrecy, BUT, were wizarding television to be developed in the same way wizarding radio was, what do you think it would be like?

What sort of programs do you think would run?

I can imagine wizarding documentaries with Steve Irwin-style people doing their best to befriend a dragon, or ridiculous "docudramas" about Muggle history that have their roots in the same sort of fact much of the stuff on the History Channel does at the moment.

What would be their best-selling movies, their longest-running television shows? Would there still be terrible adult parodies of their best-selling movies and longest-running television shows?

Harry Potter & His Secret Love For Draco Malfoy, the best-selling docudrama that officially made Harry give the Hell up and move to Perth.

I posted something like this in the Plot Bunny thread a few months back, where Wizarding TV gets another shot post-Voldemort. It would focus on Dean and Dennis Creevey trekking the world, documenting various enclaves of the magical criminal underworld: essentially a parody of Ross Kemp On Gangs.

Steve Irwin style adventures hosted by Luna Lovegood. "As you can no doubt not see, this unfortunate busfull of muggles is being assaulted by Blibbering Humdingers. Watch as I approach one and attempt to shoo away the infestation..."
