Has anyone been trying out some mods? I'm really enjoying the Star Trek New Horizons mod. The upcoming 0.9 update is supposed to be pretty extensive, so I'm looking forward to that. I'd be up for a multiplayer session of the mod if anyone here is interested, though it would probably be worth waiting for the next update, which should come out in the next weeks. Also, I'm only available from about 7 PM in the evening to midnight in Australian Eastern Standard Time, however that translates to your timezone. Other than New Horizons, A Galaxy Divided: Star Wars also looks like it'll be pretty awesome, but I haven't tried it yet.
Considering the last post was on the 13th is this still a thing that is watched by people, because I just got the Star Wars mod for Stellaris and I am very excited to play some multiplayer in it or vanilla game if anyone is interested. Send me a pm
Theoretically: yes. It's just unlikely on light bombardment and will take a while even on full bombardment. Light bombardment: 5% chance each month that a pop is killed (stops once fortification is at 0%) Limited bombardment: 0% chance each month that a pop is killed Full bombardment: 15% chance each month that a pop is killed
That's ridiculous. Why such low chances, even on full? Maybe they'll implement biological warfare in one of the future updates. This game sorely needs it.
Got myself the planetoids dlc for Christmas, started a new game as Individualist/Fan. Materialist. I've found the infinity machine leviathan (which is awesome, esp. if you're materialist), and I have a Tomb World with the fabled Roachoids on it in my space. For those unaware: Roachoids are the pre-sentient Roach portrait race that can spawn on Tomb Worlds, with the Irradiated trait (100% Tomb World habitability and +30 yr leader lifespan) and the Tomb World preference (Which basically gives them 60% habitability for ALL planets.)
So, I've picked up Stellaris again, and played a bit of multiplayer with my brother. I'm thinking about making an AAR, and was wondering what kind of mods I could include to make it more interesting. I've already downloaded the following: Fallen Empires Expanded 1.3 War Name Variety I'm thinking about adding Imperial Routine Anyone has any experience with it? Any suggestions for any other mods? ___ Additionally, since I'm going to be playing in a huge galaxy, I'm always looking for more species/empire. If you want to submit one, feel free to do so. Please include a small blurb about their history pre-flight so that I have an idea of how to write them into the AAR.
Double post because apparently I'm the only one still playing __ MULTIPLAYER - UTOPIA Session Length: 3 hours Open Slots: 25 (Huge Galaxy) Video/Audio: Recorded Mods: TBD Date/Time: TBD (Post your available time) _____ I will be hosting a MP game following Utopia's release. Date and Time are still tbd, but each session will not last longer than 3 hours. Additionally, the game and audio will most probably be recorded and put online (youtube/twitch) in case you are uncomfortable with that. I'm thinking of making this playthrough a bit more roleplaying oriented than what we did when we played, but that's not set in stone at all yet so if you have any feedback on that particular idea do tell me.
Have they actually announced a release date for Utopia then? I'm definitely thinking of getting it when it releases.
If the time of the stream can be NZ friendly, I would join in. I'm not sure how realistic that is, though.
