Set in a post HBP world [or OotP is you want].

After Voldemort's defeat the government starts to put in various reforms that limit citizens under the guise of national security. Eventually they end up in a situation like that in Orwell's book 1984. Harry spoke out about it and was arrested and tortured he escaped and is now a freedom fighter/terrorist [depending on who is talking about him].

Write a story with alot of action but it must explore character emotions and have some heavy dialogue. It must also explore government and its relation to people and their rights.

I would write this story but I neither have the skill nor the time. I will help you with the plot where necassary.

Remember: Must have HEAVY emphasis on character development.

P.S. Everyone please feel free to discuss/critique the challenge in this forum. I'm open to constructive criticism.





EDIT: For clarification Harry is in his twenties. It just has to be either HBP or OotP compliant [preferably HBP].

Also, you said it was Post OOTP or HBP. Voldemort would have to be dead by then and the Harry that you are giving us doesn't seem powerful enough to kill him by then. Maybe if it was a Post-Hogwarts.

 

There all minor details... It sounds like a good challenge to me.

 

You're kidding right?.........Obviously it's post hogwarts but it can either be HBP compatible or OotP compatible.

Harry doesn't need to be more powerful or more skilled than Voldemort to defeat him, he just needs to trick him one time and....it's over.

 

I didn't read your edit. I have a friend who might like this challenge is it okay if I give it to him? Me and him usually like to do stories together.
