So here's the challenge. One DADA professor a year for every year between Riddle being denied the job and Harry's first (because we know what happened after that xP).

How did they lose their jobs? Death? Madness? Politics? Something else entirely? I suppose this would be considered a one-shot collection. Maybe a collaboration between authors, maybe not.
